The house was very nice- my main area of feedback would be this: it would be helpful to include a few more of the necessities for the duration of the stay- a scrubby to help clean tough dishes, maybe at least 4 dishwasher tabs, and at least 6 garbage bags.

The house was great for our group and we really enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a terrific amenity to have, and there were several great places to eat nearby. The neighborhood felt very safe - the children enjoyed biking up to the pickle ball courts to play as well. the only issue we had for the stay was that the freezer door would not open the entire way so we had to use a cooler we brought as our main way to keep ice and other items frozen, which didn’t detract too much from our stay. We did call about the issue right when we got there and they sent someone out the following day but they didn’t have the part needed to fix the door. No worries though- overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

Fantastic rental! Great for families and groups. Would definitely rent this home again. The great room was perfect for gathering and relaxing. Loved the decks and the screened in porch. We had a minor problem with the HVAC and the management responded to our request within minutes and had it repaired immediately. Very impressed with our entire stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time and would definitely come back, but there are some suggestions we have for an even better stay. The homeowner needs to empty out the garage and the closets in the house. There is so much clutter there is no room for the guest's items. The freezer needs to be defrosted, it was all frozen up so ice maker on fridge would not dispense ice. It needs another skillet. Very large house and only one skillet. The license plates on the golf cart are expired! The house could use a deep clean, it looks like the cleaning crew just does a cosmetic wipe down and it really needs to be deep cleaned.

We loved the house. The layout was great for our families. The kitchen and living room allowed all of us to comfortably be together down stairs. The golf cart was perfect for driving down to the beach and around the neighborhood. We loved the bike however one of the bikes chains fell off twice and we had to stop and put it back on. Other than the bike chain everything was great.

We enjoyed the location, the space and the amenities of the home and the decor. The bikes, golf cart and neighborhood amenities worked out great. We loved the bike ride to the beach. The issues with the grease on the grill and fire pit ignite button stopped us from using these amenities for part time of our week which was disappointing.

Our favorite parts were the open concept kitchen and living room, the screened in porch, fenced in backyard and the golf cart! Beachwalk was very responsive to all our needs and had great communication. We would definitely book through them again!

We loved the house and the beach walk team was very responsive. We were a little surprised by the lack of simple things in the house that we have found in other houses of a similar price point (salt and pepper, matches for the fire pit, dishwashing detergent). The garbage disposal was also broken and it took several days to get fixed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a very nice stay overall but had a few frustrations with the house itself. The garage is very full of furniture and other household items. This made it difficult to use and access things in the garage or store any personal belongings. We found the same struggle inside the house. All of the bedroom closets are so full of pillows and bedding that they were almost unusable. This was very frustrating! The house did not have a pizza pan or any kid friendly bowls and plates. It also would be very nice If there was a high chair. Our more pressing issues were met very quickly and we really appreciated the fans and portable air conditioner that were provided after one of the house units quit. I appreciated every interaction with staff and wouldn’t hesitate to book with beachwalk again.
