Beach Access: Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of free public beach on 30A. Lily Lane Beach Trail (Bikes and Walking only) is located across from the "Gathering Place". This is a wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave.
San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A and is directly across 30A, but with limited parking.
Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) Beach Access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms.
Just under a mile away, 5-7 minute bike ride to the public beach accesses.
Across NatureWalk’s wooden welcoming bridge and left down Flatwoods Forest Loop you will find our Seas the Day vacation rental property, offering luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3.5(+0.5) bathrooms. This home will have your whole family begging to come back next year, with the screened-in porch & balcony, hammocks, bikes, golf cart, baby crib, easy access to the beach, 5-minute walk to 2 resort pools (1 seasonally heated), kiddie pool, hot tub and so much more! Absolutely everything needed to have the perfect beach getaway!  
The first floor holds one of the King master suites (perfect for those who have trouble with stairs), kitchen, dining, and living area. Hardwood floors compliment the peaceful, beachy decor. An open kitchen with island and breakfast bar, holds premium stainless steel appliances. The dining table comfortably seats 4, while the Granite kitchen breakfast bar seats 3. The living room features a large, flat screen HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating. Step outside to enjoy a screened in porch with aadditional seating, the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee! Full-size HE washer and dryer and a half-bath powder room are also conveniently located downstairs.
The remaining Junior King Master Suite, King Guest Bedrooms, Bunk Room and Den area are all located upstairs. Each of these, with the exception of the Bunk Room, have a private TV! The Junior Master King Suite also features a walk-in shower in the en suite, and a baby crib in the closet. The King Guest Bedroom enjoys a private screened-in balcony with two (2) hammocks to hang out in the Floridas Sun! It also shares a bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) with the Bunk Room and the Den.
The Bunk Room features custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and is the perfect place for the kiddo's hang out! In the Den, you'll find a Twin Day Bed and Twin pull-out trundle. Beautiful hardwood floors and premium furnishings accents the space throughout and will have you thoroughly relaxed, refreshed, and renewed!
This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn and offers beach towels in the Mud Room!
