Lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a negative in your marketing that I feel is very misleading. You advertised the facility comes with 6 bicycles. This was great for our needs. However when we got the final bill you charged us $180 for them. This is like saying it comes with a washer/dryer and then charging for them later. Therefore I feel you inappropriately took our $180 because your advertising implied they came with the rental. Thanks again for a wonderful place. Linda Grantham

The house as a whole is nice, it takes a few minutes to get to the house from the front of the subdivision. The 6 bikes were a nice addition and using the trail to the beach was easy! We only used the baby pool at the Gathering Place for about an hour one day and it was nice. We got the card but never received any wrist bands or saw a pool attendant so no one checked for them. The air conditioning worked fantastic. However, found it odd that there were not ceiling fans in every bedroom. Speaking of bedrooms the first floor master is huge, the bathroom was also really large. The remaining bedrooms aren’t very large The bunk room has two twin over twin bunks with trundle beds but you couldn’t use both trundles at the same time, one would not pull out the entire way due to the size of the room. The 2nd master is pretty small, and no ceiling fan. There is also a blanket in the closet of the master bedroom that had a brown stain on it. So it was unusable to me. The shades covering the windows let in an enormous amount of light. If you like your bedroom to be dark, this is not the house to rent or you need to bring a sleep mask. The kitchen was nice, seemed to have everything that we needed but I had to wash everything we used before we used it. One bowl had lettuce in it and a colander clearly had starchy water stains from The previous renters using the colander and then just putting it back. Made me not trust anything else we pulled out of the cabinets. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen for everyone. We had read other reviews before coming and brought our own countertop ice maker for ice. The living room was large, had adequate lighting but the slip covers on the couches were really dirty/stained. There were brown and red stains on them and they kind of made the living room look sloppy. The laundry room was fine, washer and dryer worked great. We sat on the back porch a lot but again, stained cushions and what I believe to have been a wicker ottoman had holes in the corners, no cushion and a big chunk of the underside of the ottoman was still laying on the porch. Along with broken off wicker. There were black footprints on the walls in the upstairs hall bathroom and the bedroom right next to it. The reason I am Listing all of this was I was charged a $500 cleaning fee. There is no way the home was cleaned Well enough to charge $500. The garage had a refrigerator and that was a surprise and very needed for our family! There are basketball Courts and pickle ball Courts for you to use, be sure to bring your sports equipment. The additional parking that my family had to use was close and convenient. Overall, our family had a great vacation and the home served our family well.

Castaway at 565 Flatwoods Forest Loop at Naturewalk worked out very well for all of us and the accommodations were great for our family! We have just a few comments below 1. The Refrigerator Ice Maker did not work very well and was slow to make ice. 2. Could have used some additional dish towels for the Kitchen there was only one. 3. The Community Pool could use more Lounge Chairs to accommodate the guests. Also some umbrellas to provide additional shade around the pool. We Had a Great Time, Thank You Very Much!

Home was very nice. Loved the location and the neighborhood. Quiet, private, and Very safe...kids could ride bikes in the street without any issues. If you stay near the water off 30A, the crowds were crazy, tons of people and cars. I would have never felt safe letting the kids outside to ride their bikes on 30A. This community was a much better choice. Private bike trail to beach was great. Pool was nice. We rode the 6 bikes provided everywhere. House was clean. A few suggestions. Area Rugs in the house were part rug part some sort of straw. They asked that you not wear shoes in the house, which I do at my own home, but if you walk on those rugs your socks are ruined because all of the straw from the rugs stick to them. Bring inside slippers. Bbq was gross and rusted. I called and someone came and cleaned it but rust was still there. It needs to be replaced. Bikes were great...you really need them. Locks did not all work but we made do with the 3 that did work. Make sure you read the manual because if your question is answered in it, the rental company's response will be to read the manual. Overall a great time was had by all and we would rent that house again.

1. The ice machine never worked the entire week. A repair guy replaced the unit but it still didn’t work. 2. You need to provide a map of the trail heads to get to the nature preserve, grocery store, and the beach. We figured it out after a few days but it would have been very nice to have that with the welcome package. 3. Map of where the courts are such as volley ball and pickle ball courts. 4. Mail. A total disaster. Please change the instructions to let renters know that US Mail delivered out in the box and they can’t get assess since you don’t give out the key. Let them know to use UPS or Amazon to drop off at the house only. 5. Fast return of my emails when there were issues so that was appreciated!!!

Beautifully decorated with great amenity center. We have been coming for almost twenty years and we all voted that this was one of our favorite houses even though further away from the beach.

We had a family of 16 stay at 565 Flatwoods Forest Loop, Santa Rosa, Florida and the home was absolutely fabulous. The kitchen was greatly accommodated with all the essentials including dinnerware for toddlers!! The downstairs master bedroom could use additional window coverings as that room was always warmer than the rest of the home due to the morning sun however that would never detour us from returning as we loved the home. I would like to mention that Avery M with Beachwalk Vacations went above and beyond taking care of the few issues we had at the home as if we were family. She was AMAZING!!!!

Amazing house. Beautifully decorated in 30A style, 6 bedrooms with two masters. Perfect for a large family, two families or two generations. We’ve stayed all over Watercolor, Sea Side and Rosemary and this was our favorite complete package. 6 bikes and a golf cart - great for getting around town. Hope to be back again soon!
