Sea Blessings in NatureWalk at Seagrove 30A

The house size, local amenities, and proximity to the beach were perfect for our family. We had a few issues with entering the front door, a loud toilet, and damaged pans, but the management staff was attentive in getting those items fixed/replaced for the most part. The golf cart needs to be updated as the right side mirror was basically hanging off and part of the plastic windshield was loose (eventually came off.) We will definitely return to the Naturewalk community!

The house was great, no complaints. It’s a beautiful neighborhood located extremely close to the pool. We rent our lake house in WI and will be renting our new house in PCB, so we completely understand both sides of renting and knowing this is exactly why we prefer to rent a house rather than hotel rooms. For us not knowing the area before we arrived, the golf cart was and is a MUST, so thank you for having one available. Not all house rentals have a golf cart but if we rent in the area again, we will go back to your house or seek one with a golf cart. And the bikes were great as well, two in our group rode almost everyday, so glad those were available and also a must for us in the future. Not complaints, just FYI’s: For the HOA more than you, only one of the two brand new grills at the pool work and the one that works would only go up to 250 degrees and took almost 30 mins to get there. We didn’t try the grill at the house, we just grilled at the pool one day. On Thursday and Friday, the big pool temp jumped to 100 degrees plus, it was a giant hot tub, much warmer than the previous days. And the deeper water was even hotter than the shallow and zero depth. It seemed like the heater was still running. It could have been from the sun, but the lap pool was the same warm 87-ish all week, so we just moved over there. Again, not complaining, just informing you as we know there are others that complain about everything, so just trying to help since you asked and we rent property too. If friends ask where to stay in the area, we will recommend your house. We had a great family vacation there and truly appreciate the amenities you have available. House was as presented. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a very well kept area, a very quiet neighborhood that was family friendly. The screened porches were so pleasant in the the early mornings and the late evenings. The ride to the beach was easy with the golf cart, we easily transported our girls group of six with ease. The beaches are also very clean considering the large volume of people. There were plenty of great restaurants and shopping within driving distance by car or golf cart. We will most definitely vacation in this area in the future.

The house was just as advertised along with all amenities. I would suggest that the umbrellas and beach chairs are available in the storage room.

The house was lovely and we had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend is to stock some beach towels with all the other beach supplies. Otherwise, everything was fabulous!

Beautiful home and so well equipped! Bikes and golf cart make it easy to get to the beach and to the downtown area.

Wonderful house to stay in! Kitchen is very well equipped, and screened porches are great. Newly added golf cart is a plus. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Great experience, clearly well managed property. Spotlessly clean. Lots of comfortable spaces for everyone. One suggestion I have is to put a lamp in the bunk room, it was very bright in there. We’ll be back!
