What a beautiful house to rent in Santa Rosa Beach.Our family was very comfortable. We loved having the front & back porches this house offers & everything about the house (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms) was so very nice. Golf cart was handy to have (and fun) with only one car and the pool was great and family friendly. Our only disappointment staying here was beach access …it was not what I had imagined….only bike access to the beach from this subdivision ….so it was difficult taking anything (chair,towel,water, float..)to the beach with you. We tried to go to beach by car….but again, not a good experience. Santa Rosa Beach does not offer enough public Beach access. Almost everywhere is private beach and they do police it and will run you off if you are on their beach….unless you pay to stay oceanfront or a place that offered arm bands it is not friendly. BeachWalk properties was always quick to respond to our every need. Overall, our stay was very much enjoyed at “Life’s s Beach” with the exception of not being able to enjoy the beach the way we would have liked.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The only bummer was that we were not able to use the 3 bikes that were at the home. Not sure why the owners would have the bikes locked up with no access for guests.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The house and property were probably one of the nicest places we have stayed. The house had everything you needed for a great stay. The house was spotless on arrival and that’s always a big plus. All the furnishings were high end and house was decorated cozy and beachy. Pool was a great option when not at the beach. We really enjoyed the area and would definitely recommend to others to stay here.
