SunDance at NatureWalk 30A

We had a great stay at SunDance at NatureWalk. The house was very clean and location was very close to all the fun things in Seaside and Watercolor. There were plenty of towels in every bathroom for all the guests to use. There were many beach toys and toddler swim floatie, that our little guy thoroughly enjoyed! All the bedrooms are a nice size, but they all are on the second floor. Our toddler stayed with us in the room and we were worried about the steep staircase, as he knows how to open doors and was trying to run towards the stairs a lot. This is something we wish we paid more attention to when booking. Only one suggestion for the owners is to install blinds/shades on downstairs windows and front door. Overall, we have no complaints and had an amazing time!

Perfect size house for our group of 5. House layout is nice. Appreciate the quantity of towels. Contacted you about dishwasher door and assume you’ll follow through on that as didn’t have part available. There is a bear in the neighborhood and he did get after our trash can one night. Enjoyable stay.

Absolutely amazing week! The accommodations were beautiful, everything worked, everything was clean and everything was exactly as described! I would recommend Beachwalk to anyone I know!

We enjoyed our stay! The house wasn't too far from the pool and the neighborhood was quiet. Publix was right around the corner, so great proximity. I would bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, detergent, extra dishwasher pods (they only provided 2 pods), and cleaning products (the house didn't have any cleaning products to clean in the kitchen). Definitely bring your beach towels. If you like to cook, bring your own spices. Overall, we mostly dined out for dinner and had a blast!

Really enjoyed staying at this property with my family. Wonderful community lifestyle and close to beach and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, well equipped and clean. Cozy and warm decoration. Ample and spaced for all our family.

We stayed in Sun Dance for 6 weeks. The house was well located in Naturewalk and the neighbors were quiet which was a real plus. The interior of the house was clean and in good shape. The exterior trim badly needs to be painted and the front porch furniture could use replacing especially the cushions. Communication with Beach Walk was very good prior to our visit and they were very responsive during our stay. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly corrected by Ali, the property manager. He is a true gem!!

House has nice upgrades in the kitchen, master bedroom and hall bath. The kitchen cookware is sorta lacking, they have basic pans and pots but utensils are not ideal. Living space is nice and open. I would recommend the place to others and would return as a guest. The complex should invest in a fitness center.

Clean, nicely decorated, must rent golf cart to maximize your stay to go back and forth from beach

We could not find a map of the “short” walk from the house where we stayed to the beach. We drove, so it was not a problem.

Great place to stay with family. Plenty of room. Great location. Neighborhood pool is a quick walk down the path. Can bike to grocery store. 3 bikes included were a nice perk!

This is the best place to stay with family and friends. Very close to the beach, and other residents in the area seem to be very friendly. Everything inside is professionally cleaned, and it feels very comfortable to be inside. Staff members are very helpful as well. The only suggestion would be to minimize the response time on the emergency line after hours. But overall, this is the best among other places I know so far.

This home had everything we may have needed and more! Beautiful community, lovely, CLEAN home, and a short bike ride to the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. wonderful!
