Pets are not permitted in Shore Beats Work. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Our stay was great and your communication is prompt and helpful. Love the neighborhood and house location. The only feedback I would have and it doesn’t really change my opinion on anything but the downstairs furniture could use a good steam cleaning lots of visible stains which I understand happens when you are renting a place all summer long to families.

Overall, the house is nice and in a great location. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms works perfectly for a family plus a guest or two. The outside shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach and limit the amount of sand in the house. That said, the internet in the house doesn’t work for streaming devices or remote computer login. There are also only a few coffee mugs and no beach chairs or grill. I realize the beach chairs and grill would be a perks, but the other homes we’ve stayed at in NatureWalk have had them. It was a great experience. Thanks again!

We had wi-fi issues the entire stay. It was tough to not be able to use Netflix/Disney + because of the internet. Also, the kitchen could stand to have more kid friendly plates and cups. Overall it was a very nice stay though. We really appreciated the beds, bathrooms, bikes and golf cart.

Beach Walk staff was great! We had an issue with both the tv and the air. They sent someone out quickly to fix both. I think the house needs some A/C work on the 2nd floor.

Our party of 5 loved every minute of our stay! Loved your amenities! The golf cart was a great amenity and our bikes too! Location,location was the best! Loved Nature-walk area. Comfortable beds! I want to stay again! I needed a great stay and close to beach Vaca!

Beautiful and clean house. The only issue I had was the fact that only 2 out of the 5 beach chairs worked properly and one of the umbrellas was so damaged it wouldn’t even extend and I couldn’t even get it back into the bag to bring it back to the house.

Absolutely wonderful and we cannot wait to come back. We loved the house at 800 Sandgrass. The kitchen though needs a blender, a large skillet, a large pot with top, large spatula for outside grill at pool, and serving dishes. We cannot wait to come back.
