Sunset Cottage at NatureWalk 30A

We loved the house and it was perfect for our family Christmas My husband and I hosted our family for Christmas Two daughters and two son n laws that are in their 30’s and one grandson who is two years old- We enjoyed the bikes and golf cart- We have stayed in this neighborhood three other Christmas season and agreed we loved your home the best- Wished We could have brought our golden retriever but understand your rules Let us know if rules change with a dog We will be back next year- Few suggestions - tv in upstairs bedrooms - remove the little table with lamp in living room I moved it to the closet when arrived because thought with a with a two year old and accident was waiting to happen -shower curtain in upstairs bathroom Need an plastic liner The fabric curtain gets wet and is hard to dry and spills out on floor - need iron board - found iron but no board Things we loved - very comfortable mattress -single fan we found in closet -option for different coffee pots -internet fast -kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook -water pressure in down stairs shower form and always hot -decorated very nice -extra blankets👍 - 2 outside trash cans with two days a week pickup👍 Pool and playground - played cards on screen in porch very nice with tv Loved washer and dryer Near beach- walked everyday there and back As you can see the negatives were few- Thanks again for sharing your home with us- -

We enjoyed our stay and only had a few issues with house , but the beachwalk staff responded quickly each time we reached out!

Great house, loved the golf cart and pool!

Everything was great! The only problem was the downstairs master bedroom was very hot the whole week. The rest of the house was very comfortably cool. All in all it was excellent!

This was a great family vacation! The house was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. Management was quick and friendly whenever we had any issues. I recommend bringing or buying extra laundry and dishwasher soap but otherwise we had everything we needed. The golf cart charge limited us to a couple trips to seaside per day so we weren't able to explore very far but that wasn't a huge issue.

Beautiful home. Great customer service. No major complaints. Great location and having the cart and bikes was awesome!! If I nitpicked : neither master bedroom has a ceiling fan and no separate ice maker so plan ahead if you plan to use a lot of ice. That’s it. Lol I dug deep to find any negative

Upstairs master bathroom sinks didn't have any hot water. Also screen was ripped on upstairs porch. The pots and pans are very old and need to be replaced. Also not everyone likes cooking with non stick pans. More toilet paper should be provided as well as trash bags.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood was great and we were so close to stores, beaches, and all 30A has to offer. Although we started the week with some AC issues, the property manager brought in fans and portable units to ensure we were comfortable until it could get fixed. It was great service and we will definitely stay there again.

Great vacation property. Everything was pristine clean and ready as indicated at 4 pm. Golf cart was great and a must have to get back and forth to beach. Beds were all great. Really enjoyed the 3 king beds and all 4 bedrooms had private baths. Loved all the screened in porches on the back of house and upstairs balcony. Pool was as described and enjoyed the whole pool area including roasting some hot dogs for lunch one day. Bikes are a great amenity and when not quite as hot would be very convenient since so close to Publix, Pizza, beach and WaterColor food trucks and evening activities. Only some general and constructive comments. 1)Apparently there is a temp setting on the kitchen faucet and hot water would not get anything above a mid Luke warm. Appears to be a basic turning adjustment on the faucet and we did not have the tools. The wicker chair legs on a couple of the dining room table chairs were loose. I found the correct Allen wrench in the house and tightened all of those legs. There is a great 24 piece puzzle for young children (barn animals) but there is a piece missing. There were no small wash cloths, maybe most people use loofahs these days? Would highly recommend this property or other similar properties at NatureWalk.

This was a beautiful home in Naturewalk! Would definitely book again. Check in was easy & rental was ready early which made it nice after driving for 9hrs.

Our stay was amazing! We had a great time, the neighborhood was very nice and the house was well kept. We loved the golf cart and used it everywhere we went, plenty of towels and household supplies. The only notes we would have would be to include additional bikes, possibly beach chairs and a basket ball since there is a court in the neighborhood. We loved the area and the house and we will definitely be looking here again in the future!
