The place is beautiful and very refreshing. We didn’t have cable . So no tv for our stay. Hopefully it will be running next time.

Perfect house! Very clean home and easy process!

We had a wonderful time at the beach cottage. We didn’t see a list of restaurants in the area at the house or directions to beach access which would have been helpful. This is probably out of your control but a working GPS on the golf cart would have helped us locate beach access.

Everything was great! The house and the golf cart were both amazing. Zero issues of any kind. Kitchen is well stocked and made preparing meals a breeze. Overall the experience was awesome. The pool isn’t nearly as big as the pictures but it was still very nice - we stuck to the beach mainly. The beach is spectacular - white sand and zero trash. Very well maintained. Highly recommend Mimmo’s Italian and the blue mountain creamery for ice cream. Both were great!

The house was beautiful, open, bright, and airy. Well-appointed throughout. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Central to many great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and shopping. Welcome information was very thorough and helpful as we had never been to the area before. Definitely got much use out of the included golf cart and bikes. To the owners- we especially loved and appreciated the pattern on the rug in the dining room!

Basic staples like salt, pepper, cooking spray would be nice or at least advertise that this needs to be brought for your stay. Beautiful home, beds were comfortable and amenities were very nice. I would recommend to other visiting the area.

This was a lovely beach house nestled in a resort style community with all amenities. The pool and jaccuzi were a nice distraction for the kids. The beach house was very roomy, comfortable and clean. The location is not far from the beach. But the golf cart definitely helps make it convenient . Everything was great and the Host was very responsive. I will be back next year!

This house was perfect! The neighborhood was perfect. The bikes and golf cart were perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Breath of Fresh Air! House was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Would have been nice to have TVs in master and spare room with king bed. There was a tv in living room and kids room so not a big deal. Neighborhood was very nice, LOVED that it came with a golf cart , we used it the whole time! Bikes were great too! Very nice house would definitely stay here again. Communication via messaging was very timely and helpful and we had no issues. The area is very quaint and not nearly as busy as the other towns along 30A! Seems to have mostly families. We went to Seaside one day and it was crazy busy, which was fine but kinda glad we were staying a little away from the craziness. But still had some great restaurants and places to eat. Make sure you check out the Blue Mountain Bakery and get cinnamon rolls. We also loved the new coffee shop there called Coffee on 30a, went every morning! We also enjoyed the Cowgirl Kitchen, smoothies at the local organic grocery store and the Ice cream shoppe. Never made it to blue mountain creamery as there was a very long line every night but heard it was worth the wait. Beach access was easy, very packed but that’s expected at spring break. The community pool was very spacious and kids had a great time! We will definitely stay here again!

We love it! We really liked the bikes and golf cart. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and plenty of room. New golf cart was great. The house was in the process of being sold and you could tell. No books or games to be found. Many rentals have beach towels and toys as well as basic supplies ( foil , spices, etc). This house had none of that. The addition of an outdoor shower or even a spay hose would be appreciated.

We loved the house, plenty of space and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable! Loved having the golf cart and bikes. Good location with a lot less congestion than other 30a spots. The only suggestion would be to leave some single pack/ pods dishwasher detergent for guests.

We had a great vacation at Breath of Fresh Air in Highland Parks. This was our second time staying in HP and we love the community! This house was perfect for our family of six, very spacious and every necessity in the kitchen plus many extras and a gas grill. We chose this rental over the last house we rented because the beds were bigger and it included bikes and a golf cart, which saved us the hassle of booking those items separately. The front porch was shaded in the morning and the swings were fun too! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

Very nice quiet and relaxing community. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for our return trip.
