It would be convenient if the house came with some basic cooking stuff like seasonings and oil things that people do not use a lot of and may not be too easy to travel with. Great stay all and all and would for sure rent again.

We had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and comfortable and plenty of room. Just a note the blinkers on the golf cart do not work. We were able to ride bikes get to the beach and just enjoy our stay. Wonderful place to stay. Thank you

A better explanation of the charge indicator on the golf cart would be useful. I’ve never used one and didn’t know what to look for. We didn’t use it for two days because the meter on dash wouldn’t charge above 67%. What I thought were the status indicators on the inverter were not illuminated.

We had a fantastic trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed! Loved having access to the pool, bikes, and golf cart. Location is fantastic with easy access tot he beach, bike trails, local restaurants etc... The only down side is that the garbage truck comes at 6am on Mondays and Thursdays - quite the wake up call!

I don't even know where to start. We were planning this trip last minute and looking through Airbnb was a little overwhelming cause we were not familiar with the area and everything was starting to blend together. I called Beach Walk because I saw an Airbnb listing hosted by them. I had a few questions and decided to reach out to them directly. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by a soft spoken gentleman named Christian. I told him that I was looking for something that was not crowded, quiet, cleanliness was very important, walkable to the beach and a golf cart, community pool would be a plus! He confidently responded... I know a perfect place for you! Blue Mountain. After I looked up the listing he provided me with I was a little nervous because it didn't have any reviews. He assured me its because they just aquired this new property and haven't even had a chance to put it up. For me a huge over thinker this was a big gamble because what if it was not clean? I wouldn't be able to relax. He assured me that he knew the property and it would be great! I told him that I only wanted to deal with him throughout our trip, I'm sure he was scared. ;) I trusted him. I am so very glad I did! When we got to the house it was everything he promised and more! It was a super quiet area, beautiful beach colors throughout the neighborhood and the home. Brand new golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived. The kids were so happy about that! The house was clean with a big open kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils you may need. There were 4 beach chairs, comfortable beds and more. The pool was beautiful and just a short walk form the house. We used the golf cart to go to the beach and actually preferred Grayton Beach State Park. We are already dreaming of coming back to this area and house. After checking out all the other towns Christian was definitely right! This was exactly the place we were looking for. From the bottom of my heart, Christian I thank you for leading us to this gem. :)
