Pets are not permitted in Out with the Tide at Highland Parks on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. We really enjoyed our stay. If we could give any feedback it would be regarding the golf cart and living room TV. When we arrived the golf cart was really dirty, including still having trash in the cup holders. We were never able to get the TV in the living room to work. We did report about the bike lock being broken. Again, really enjoyed the home. It was clean, well stocker and extremely charming. These minor details would just enhance the experience.

We loved the house and it was in a great location. The golf cart and bikes were awesome! There were a few things we recommend looking into: 1. The ladder on the bunk bed was broken. The bunk bed frame itself was very unstable and overall unsafe for kids. 2. We recommend including the pool code and bike codes so the guest doesn’t have to call to get it 3. We recommend having some throw blankets downstairs on the couch area. Thank you again for allowing us to share your space!

Really enjoyed the home! Felt right at home immediately! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans (could use a pizza cutter, though)! Bedrooms were great for our family. Really loved the gas cook top and the grill outside. A bit too hot to enjoy the deck in the afternoon. Fairly convenient Beach access. The golf cart worked really well.

Lovely house and community. The pool area was great. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and nice linens. We really enjoyed the bikes and having a golf cart was great. Back patio and grill were very nice as well. 1. I would recommend providing more specific instructions for the golf cart. They are all different and it took us some time to find the button underneath the cup holders that actually turned it on. That was annoying. 2. We couldn’t get the gas fire pit in the back to light. The tanks were full and everything appeared to be connected properly. However, no gas was coming out of the fire pit and it would not light. I’m not sure if there may be a clog in the gas line or the knob on the pit my not work correctly, but we couldn’t get it to light.

Overall the property was as advertised. It came with all the amenities included. We love how it was close and felt very private as it backed up into the forest with hiking trails just steps away. The golf cart is a must to travel to beach, pool, or anywhere close. We enjoyed the Blue Mountain Beach area and it was a much needed time for our family. However, these are the following things that happened during our stay. - the electricity was out in half of the house so we couldn’t use the golf cart upon arrival. - the air conditioner didn’t work for the majority of our stay. They did send a repair man out twice. Thankfully the second time he discovered the problem and it was fixed for our last night. - the golf cart worked, but we had were unaware there is a restart button under the dash near the ignition to help the cart reengage. Our cart wouldn’t start at the beach so we took an uber back to the property. The property personnel said usually there is a sign on the golf cart indicating the restart button but it was no longer on the cart. - the entry keypad didn’t work for half the time and we had to use an additional entrance to access. They did replace the keypad toward the end of our stay - upon our arrival we found Wet towels in the upstairs master bathroom laundry hamper. We laundered them with laundry sanitizer and took care of that ourselves. This list could seem daunting and I write this not to warn you not to stay. All matters were handled promptly and communication was very easy with the link provided. So problems although they arose, were resolved. I hope this information will help the home owners and the property management business improve on their services. As a business owner, I appreciate feedback that will improve what I am doing. We just did a lot of managing house problems on our stay than anticipated. So it could be frustrating to handle these issues while on vacation. But hopefully this property is set for the rest of the year

It was wonderful. The house and amenities were gorgeous. The house had a smell almost like stale cigars. We had friends down the road and were at their house a lot and when we would come in we would smell it. Towards the end of the week it was better. When we got home all of our clothes snell similar to the smell in the house. The home was beautiful and had lots of extra blankets and pillows. Well stocked with silverware. Beautiful property. The golf cart was amazing also.

We had a wonderful stay here at Blue Mountain Beach. The house was perfect and very clean. We loved the golf cart- riding it to dinner each night and to the beach. It’s a great thing to have in this area! We would definitely stay here again!
