The house was great! Location was basically in the middle of 30A, which allowed easy access to either the east end or west end. Beach access was also an easy 1.2 mile ride or walk in either direction. The house was clean and had nearly everything you need for a stay. The Samsung fridge was not working as we arrived, so I contacted the management and they were very accommodating by bringing us a temporary small fridge, so our food would not go bad. The next morning, I unplugged the fridge in hopes of resetting the computer and that worked. The pool area is very nice and it is a nice 1 mile loop around the perimeter of the community. Seemed like a safe area and did not feel unsafe walking pretty much anywhere even at night. I can see why this area is jam packed during the early spring and fall. Would stay here again.

The only problem we had was check in. The code did not work for our early check in. We waited for 2.5 hours for help but decided to go back to house and try codes one more time and the first code finally worked. Not sure what the problem was but it was an inconvenience because we had brought groceries from our first rental and did not have them iced down. Everything else about the house was great.

The house was beautiful. I would like to suggest house numbers be put on the outside of the house for us late night arrivals. Beautifully decorated and perfect for our girls getaway.

Great place. Two humble recommendations that are almost trivial. 1) The back door is very hard to shut and more than once we left it open accidentally. 2) The remote controls to the different TV’s need to be labeled for what room they need to be in.

We really enjoyed it. The only complaint is the temperature was impossible to control in the house as the thermostats didnt appear to work well. It was either way to hot or way to cold and the tvs didn't work well.

Home is very nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. There were a few things that were lacking in our opinion though and we have stayed at many vacation rentals in and out of the US and the ones that we really enjoy are the ones that the hosts have provided simple inexpensive items such as coffee filters, salt, pepper, & sugar. When you are traveling you have no idea what kind of coffee pot the home will have and it is very inconvenient for your guests to have to go back out and shop for these. When check out is at a certain time, no one wants to have to be contacted on their vacation to have to schedule a check out time with you the day before they depart. Also the pool in this community is very well hidden so it might be a good idea to explain to guest a little better exactly how to find it. Again it is a very lovely home.

Our stay was very relaxing. Great location away from the hustle and bustle further down on the eastern part of 30A. The only recommendation I would make is to please clean the Traeger grill regularly. The grates need to be removed and all the ash from the pellets need to be vacuumed out with a shop vac. I use a Traeger every weekend so that is why I am making that suggestion. It was still usable, it just would not hold the temperature. Other than that everything was fabulous!
