The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

The place was great, great location and well appointed. There is an issue with the golf cart. It randomly shut off multiple times when driving with the lights out. Also, I’d suggest that the neighborhood association shock the hot tub or drain and refill w fresh water. It’s in tough shape

The house was as described, and actually was even nicer than I expected. Since the week started out colder, it was very nice to see how close we were to the hot tub... probaly a 1-2 minute walk. We loved the golf cart and bikes. The location relative to stores, food, and the beach was great as well and we were able to drive the golf cart to several locations. We biked to a bunch as well. Very nice house and community!

Very pretty home, very close to the beach access and restaurants, ice cream and shops! Only complaint would be the bikes need some attention, chains broke several times and we had to stop and fix it before we even left the community, but overall we would def stay here in this community again

We just returned from an amazing week at Anchors Away! The location was convenient to everything especially with the 6 Seater golf cart. The Condo was more than adequately stocked with cookware and all other kitchenware. Beds were comfy and the unit was in good shape. The only negative was the sofa was not very comfortable, but with it being a sofa sleeper it's understandable.

Our stay was great! The only negatives I could say are, it was very hot the first night. It took all night for the house to cool off after having the air turned up so high when we came in and also we could not find a dust pan anywhere to help with keeping the floors clean. Thanks for having us!!

Rental was clean and accurately represented in the listing. We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed during our visit. We knew traveling to Destin area in March can be cooler weather and specifically rented a place with a hot tub for that reason.

Anchors Away 30A in Highland Parks was perfect for our family. The house is beautifully decorated inside with a spacious kitchen and master bedroom suite. The kitchen has loads of cookware, small appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. The golf cart is a great perk; we used it to visit Blue Mountain Beach (quick drive) and ice cream shops on 30A. The house has beach chairs available for use and best of all, is just a few doors down from the awesome resort-style pool of Highland Parks. Service from BeachWalk Vacations was top-notch. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great New Years getaway! Everything was really wonderful. Plenty of beach gear, linens, dishes, soaps, detergents, utensils, small appliances, etc. Only one very small suggestion, supply nice shampoo & conditioner, instead of the one tiny bottle of just shampoo.

The only complaint would be tight parking for larger vehicles with no overflow and the golf cart not staying charged. Otherwise the house, pool, property and management team were all great! Beautiful home with easy access to pool and beach. Very family friendly and the whole experience booking with VRBO was great!
