This house was amazing!! & the location was even better. The house was beautiful & definitely big enough to accommodate all of us with plenty of room to spare. The location was close enough to Seaside & all the other areas that we could just hop on the golf cart & go. The beach wasn’t too far away. The pool was beautiful. Overall, our stay was fabulous & we can’t wait to go back!

Overall the accommodations were nice and clean. Don’t know if they would have been available and I should have asked but perhaps stocking additional towels under the bathroom sinks, esp when you have 9 female guests we could have used more. But we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to friends and family…

The house was nice and spacious but we had a few problems during our stay and no one came despite us calling the emergency number and scheduling a visit. 1. On our first night the light fixture in 1of the bedrooms was dripping water. We couldn’t use the room as it didn’t feel safe. No one came to fix this. 2. On our second day the downstairs AC stopped working. No matter what we set it to it would automatically revert to 81! In the middle of a heat wave! 3. 1 of the upstairs bathrooms had a broken drain. 4. Many of the dishes and utensils were dirty and smelling when we got there. 5. There were ants in the bunk beds upstairs and the kids have tons of bites all over their bodies. We are not interested in staying here again.

A few suggestions- 1. Instructions for how to work the tv’s we could not get the downstairs tvs to work. 2. Kitchen needs a few more items to make cooking better- more bowls for serving/mixing. Kitchen is not well equipped. Overall we had a fantastic stay.
