Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Located at the front of Seacrest's expansive neighborhood is 'Sea La Vie' a beautiful beach retreat offering spacious accommodations for 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.

Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Great house and location and your company’s communication was excellent. Only feedback is that your should provide more trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. For the amount of money we paid to stay there, we should not have to buy that stuff. We also had to buy cleaning products to keep the kitchen clean.

The start was rough, we had to wait 4 hours to get wrist bands. I called 39 times and kept being told someone would come and no one ever did. Finally after 39 calls they showed up, the 2 ladies that showed up thought it was funny. We loved the house close to everything. Layout nice, need more kitchen towels and pan holders.

My family and extended family stayed at the Sea La Vie and had an amazing time. BeachWalk Property management was very attentive. I liked that I could send them a message and they would respond quite rapidly. We had some issues with the outside grill, but they had someone out the following day to get it corrected. When we initially checked in, one of their representatives was there insuring the dishwasher worked, as the previous renters mentioned they had an issue. I appreciate this company being proactive. The home was in great condition and had ample space for 7 adults and 3 kids. I had my concerns about being close to the town center and hearing noise or thru-street traffic, but it was quiet. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes and the pool is 2-3 minutes, so the home is perfectly located. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very nice and it was fitting for 3 families. We loved the decor and the location. We have stayed at other condos that have had an evaluation sheet in the condo that we could fill out when we saw little things that might to be looked at, repaired or cleaned. Also, at other condos there was a folder that had all kinds of local information, like restaurants with phone numbers and such. We were disappointed in the fact that the WiFi was not operating and it took 2 days for the washing machine to be repaired. Thankfully, we were able to fix the pantry door handle as soon as we found an Allen wrench. The location was excellent close to a beautiful pool, close to fine restaurants and close to the beach. Overall we had a great vacation with our kids and ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay, and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, and comfortable. A home away from home. There were just a few minor details that could be addressed. The outdoor shower is not convenient and is mounted right above the bike rack, so it was an ordeal to use. Also could use some hooks in the downstairs entryway for beach towels. The house was clean, but the stair railings, and around door knobs were really dirty, shower curtain liners needed replacing.

Our stay was AMAZING.....the house was absolutely perfect, location was great, beachwalk vacation personnel were amazing and most helpful and quick to respond. (only 1 suggestion...maybe 1 more kitchen towel and some oven mitts in the kitchen) We hope to come back next year for our annual family vacation. Thank you for a memorable vacation experience.

We had an excellent stay at Sea la Vie. Plenty of room for our family and the best part was the 3rd floor outdoor kitchen and living area. We were traveling with multi generational family including two babies so it was just easier to eat in this trip. The home was well equipped and the Beachwalk app made communication easy from start to finish. Only suggestion would be to add an extra set of kitchen towels. One set definitely not enough when using the kitchen daily. Thanks!
