Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A.
Hardwood floors, marble countertops, outdoor seating, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this multi-level home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the outdoor dining area offers seating for 8-10 guest with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The upstairs loft provides entertainment and leads to the balcony, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze.
The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and a private master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
