Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, just down the street from the home, through the Sunset Beach Community located roughly .2 miles from the home.
Pool Access: Serenity Now is right across the street (about 175 feet!) from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
Located at the front of Seacrest's expansive neighborhood is 'Serenity Now' a beautiful beach retreat offering spacious accommodations for 16 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.
Serenity Now is your little private piece of paradise in beautiful, sunny Seacrest Beach.  This amazing four bedroom Beach house will have you and your family coming back year after year! With enough beds and bunks to accommodate up to 16 lucky guests, it has plenty of room for all but the largest of parties.
Lovely private balconies are located above on the second and third floors which are directly accessible from upper-level bedrooms (every bedroom gets their own!). The first floor personifies the modern beachy-feel of the home. Beach washed hardwood flooring, and casual coastal decor accent the open-concept design.
A comfortable seating ensemble in the large Living Room includes a comfy couch, love seat and an over-sized accent chair. A large TV (with plenty of room around it) provides a perfect space for solitary relaxing, or entertaining the whole family. Don't worry, their are TV's in every bedroom, so no fighting over the remote on this vacation!
A unique dining area includes a thick hardwood table with a charming wooden pew facing five fashionable Mid Century Vintage Modern chrome chairs. The state-of-the art kitchen, featuring brushed stainless steel appliances that seamlessly blend with cottage styled bead-board cabinetry, will satisfy even the most discerning chef! White Quartz counter-tops include a matching modern wrapped breakfast bar with four square topped chrome stools for drinks or dining.
A first floor Master Suite has a King-sized bed with a black decorative metal headboard that faces a large wall-mounted TV. Every bedroom in this home has access to a Private Balcony (or a Porch), and this room is no exception!
An open staircase leads to two more levels of ample sleeping quarters, each with access to their own private en-suite baths (and balconies). A convenient Wet Bar on the first floor level is next to a covered deck, complete with plenty of seating. The perfect place to lounge while sipping your favorite drink, or enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee!
Another bedroom is cheerfully appointed with a King-sized and a wall of windows, including glass doors leading to yet another private balcony. A bright Bunk Room with TWO sets of Twin-over-Full bunk beds with (two) Twin Pullout Trundles underneath is the perfect place for the Kid's to hang out! The entire top floor is home to yet another spacious Master Bedroom Suite, including a handsome King-sized bed, extra sitting area, luxurious full private bath, and a rooftop balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the Gulf views.
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.
The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Serenity Now' at Seacrest Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Serenity Now.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
