We had a fabulous time at your property!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home was perfect in every way.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca! Our group of 8 was well accommodated with ample room for leisure. The house was clean upon arrival. There were ample linen, dish washing tabs, and laundry tabs. We appreciate the proximity to the pool and tram service within the community. We also enjoyed the beach supplies! We were unable to use the bikes during this visit, but having them available is a great gesture. We also had great experience through the web link messaging service! In our opinion, would like to point out a few things that could be addressed. First things that need immediate attention: Blocked drain in the half bath sink on the main level Wasps nests in the outdoor shower and middle deck off of the queen/daybed room Unable to use due to the wasps. Needs to be addressed as soon as possible! Other things to consider: The web links stated that wristbands only need to be worn after curfew. This needs to be corrected as the community expectation is that wrist bands are worn at all times (i.e. in the lagoon, using the tram, walking through to the beach). The kitchen was lacking in basic dishes. Needs more drinking cups, utensils, plates, and bowls. Does not currently have any Tupperware, sheet pans, or small pots/pans for cooking. Definitely need these to support groups of our size. Also if it is within your control, the umbrella service that "regulates" the beach was unexpected, inconvenient, and unpleasant. We were not able to be as comfortable as we wanted due to these regulations and limited sand space. People were chased away every day by these rules, and it makes vacationing cumbersome.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day! The house was incredibly comfortable and perfect for our group of 13. We had plenty of space for everyone. The Wi-Fi was strong and we appreciated the strong air con, perfectly set to 70 degrees. We found the kitchen well stocked and had mostly what we needed. The bikes were great and we loved the outdoor shower. The proximity to the pool, beach, and shops was amazing. We’ve never stayed in this area of 30A and truly loved it. I’d recommend future renters bring things like hand soap, dish soap, scrubbing sponge, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs. Although these were provided, we ran out of them very quickly with a group of 13. The house was missing two items we would have love to have had: coat hangers (none in any of the closets) and a sheet pan for baking.

Worth five stars! The house and neighborhood were well-kept and quiet. Close walk to the beach and several local shops. Only negative was we requested service for the TV on Tuesday and the gentleman didn’t come until Thursday. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the TV. To get to the beach, be prepared to negotiate steep stairs and order your umbrellas and chairs well in advance.

Wonderful location! The customer service chat feature always responded quickly, the house was as advertised, and instructions for check in/check out were very clear.

Loved our stay in this beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our family of 8 and so close to the pool, beach to watch nightly sunsets, great restaurants and shops. We are definitely planning to return!

It was fabulous! I wish the pool had been warmer. It was so cold we couldn’t use it so we went to the beach everyday. Other than that, accommodations were great as well as the weather was perfect!

Great house and location. Only reason we gave 4 stars was we found several cockroaches during our stay.

The place was nice with a large kitchen. It was fairly clean but living room rug and downstairs queen had old and dirty shag area rugs. Dish washer was not working on first day but it was fixed same day along with the coffee pot. Our biggest complaint was the large roaches in the drawers and around the kitchen trash. This was never handled by management company. I was told they were “very busy”. If anyone has been to this area of Rosemary this time of year please note that the beach is extremely crowded. Also if you can avoid renting beach chairs and umbrellas from la dolce vita please try! They overcrowd a very small area with chairs and umbrellas. On a good note the pool is pretty nice for the kids.

Everything was perfect! So close to everything and exceeded all expectations!

Great accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay at this house... great location and very comfortable for a large group. Loved being able to walk to both Alys and Rosemary. The furniture was comfortable (I feel like rentals usually lack in this area) and the main floor, although smaller than it looked in pictures, was very comfortable for our party of 12. Kitchen was well equipped, although they do need to buy some more wine glasses. A little bit of wear and tear and give 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness though I will admit we are extremely picky in that area. Overall would definitely stay here again in the future though!
