Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!
 
Wood-grain tile floors, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures are just a few of the features that will make this home part of your family's go-to vacation spot year after year! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel GE appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry.
 
Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. An oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that features a full over full bunk bed and the other a king-size bed. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities. All bedrooms hold personal televisions, no fighting over T.V. time on this vacation!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), bikes, or rent a golf cart from a local vendor and have it delivered right to your doorstep! For a list of recommended vendors, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
 
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
 
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
 
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.
 
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New Prominence South Pool is located just steps from Sea Mist and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, and bathhouse!
 
The Prominence North Pool is also Seasonally Heated for the following months every year:

I really enjoyed this rental it had any accommodations that made the stay very pleasurable. Our family enjoyed the golf cart and the 8 bikes that were provided. The house is very comfortable for a big family and located in a great location that is close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this vacation rental was easy and perfect from booking to the actual stay. Condo was just as we expected, nice, clean and had everything we needed. Having access to a golf cart included was spectacular! Also, enjoyed having the bicycles.

Beautiful home. Well stocked with essentials and plenty of space. The golf cart was a great addition to get to the beach that is 0.5 miles from the house. Definitely a great stay!

I would love to give the property a five star review as the accommodations and amenities were great; however, the Wi-Fi was painful at times. I know not much time should spent online at such a beautiful place, but work calls sometimes. Loved staying there otherwise and Beachwalk was great!

The overall stay was great. The house was perfect size and location. The only thing we were short was a few essential items that should be stocked in a vacation rental. Some shampoo and conditioner and Kleenex. There are some broken bikes and umbrellas that should be thrown out since they are just taking up space. Besides that everything seemed to work out perfectly.

Overall, everything was great but the bugs and nats were horrible! Maybe clean the trash cans so less are attracted. House was beautifully decorated. Pool area was wonderful.

We loved Tequila Mockingbird! It’s centrally located between Rosemary/Alys in one direction and Seaside/Watercolor the other direction! The house was spacious and clean! It fit our family of 5 comfortably! We loved the golf cart, bikes, and beach toys/umbrellas/chairs! It was all great! We’d book here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I stayed here for a winter holiday. Beachwalk staff was great to work with. They answered all questions and were very helpful. The property comes fully stocked with everything you may need. The location is great as many beaches are easily accessible. It’s close to a grocery store so you can stock up! We would stay here again.
