Serenity Now is your little private piece of paradise in beautiful, sunny Seacrest Beach. This amazing four bedroom Beach house will have you and your family coming back year after year! With enough beds and bunks to accommodate up to 16 lucky guests, it has plenty of room for all but the largest of parties.
Lovely private balconies are located above on the second and third floors which are directly accessible from upper-level bedrooms (every bedroom gets their own!). The first floor personifies the modern beachy-feel of the home. Beach washed hardwood flooring, and casual coastal decor accent the open-concept design.
A comfortable seating ensemble in the large Living Room includes a comfy couch, love seat and an over-sized accent chair. A large TV (with plenty of room around it) provides a perfect space for solitary relaxing, or entertaining the whole family. Don't worry, their are TV's in every bedroom, so no fighting over the remote on this vacation!
A unique dining area includes a thick hardwood table with a charming wooden pew facing five fashionable Mid Century Vintage Modern chrome chairs. The state-of-the art kitchen, featuring brushed stainless steel appliances that seamlessly blend with cottage styled bead-board cabinetry, will satisfy even the most discerning chef! White Quartz counter-tops include a matching modern wrapped breakfast bar with four square topped chrome stools for drinks or dining.
A first floor Master Suite has a King-sized bed with a black decorative metal headboard that faces a large wall-mounted TV. Every bedroom in this home has access to a Private Balcony (or a Porch), and this room is no exception!
An open staircase leads to two more levels of ample sleeping quarters, each with access to their own private en-suite baths (and balconies). A convenient Wet Bar on the first floor level is next to a covered deck, complete with plenty of seating. The perfect place to lounge while sipping your favorite drink, or enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee!
Another bedroom is cheerfully appointed with a King-sized and a wall of windows, including glass doors leading to yet another private balcony. The location was great. The house was in a little rough shape. I expected it to be nicer. It could use a little TLC. We also had a bug problem in the lower flow bathroom and kitchen. It would not take a lot of work to make it a five star.

The house is as advertised and very spacious and this score would be a 5 but there were a few things that did not make this a 5. But house and all other things 5/5 -As we arrived the downstairs bed was not made and there were items left inside from the previous guest or guest before that seemed were not cleaned or damage. (their bands, notes, alcohol bottle that was empty). -The floors had crumbs around the dinner table and needed to be re-Vacuumed

Everyone that stayed with us was very pleased with the house. Once we figured out how to reach out to security for wristbands and parking passes they brought them by the house within a few minutes. I don’t remember reading about that in the welcome instructions, but might have missed that. I called security back to see about returning the wristbands as we didn’t want to get charged the $20 fee per wristband, but they informed me we could keep them as a souvenir. Only minor inconveniences were the strange deck transition going in/out the back door. A few people lost their balance before we kept reminding each other not to trip. Also, the front door code was impossible to remember due to the complexity and we didn’t get a code for the back door. Access to chairs or beach towels would have been a nice extra touch.

The house was great! And being able to check in an hour early was amazing. The only thing we were disappointed with was there was no golf cart at the house and we thought there was one advertised. Also the toaster in the kitchen doesn’t work very well.
