The beach access for this home is the Sandestin® Beach Access located at the Beach House restaurant 2.6 miles from the home.

The first floor boasts travertine floors and crown moldings, with a back patio overlooking the calming canals unique to Villa Lago. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances with granite counter-tops, mahogany cabinetry, a large island/breakfast bar, and an eight-person dining room table. The living room offers a large flat screen T.V. with a high-definition cable. Complete with a  library for your enjoyment. One bedroom and full bath is located on the first floor, complete with its own flat-screen T.V. and queen-size bed. The bathroom offers granite counter-tops, mahogany cabinetry, and a large walk-in shower.
 
The second floor holds two bedrooms, a laundry room, and the media room. The media room, an invaluable item for vacationing families, offers an additional large flat screen T.V. with two twin beds. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen T.V., and a personal bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen T.V., and a large walk-in closet. The master bath is complete with his and her sinks, granite countertops, and mahogany cabinetry.
