No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 2207 at The Grand Sandestin®. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 2207 at The Grand Sandestin®. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

The Grand at Sandestin has a secure parking garage that is accessed by a QR Code, which must be purchased separately.
A link will be sent to your phone number/email 60 days before check-in, in order to purchase access to the garage.
Access to the garage should be purchased before arrival (by guest), and costs $10 per vehicle.
Please ALSO NOTE:
Extensions of the garage access can be provided at no extra cost, if booking is extended BEFORE check-in date.
If booking is extended AFTER check-in date, a new QR code must be purchased for the extended dates of stay (at $10/vehicle).

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We loved being close to the village with restaurants and shopping. It is a great place to walk and get your exercise. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the bathroom didn’t have any counter space and lighting in the room was not conducive for reading. We enjoyed eating on the balcony in the morning. The tram was great for getting us to the beach but the view was disappointing. It was so crowded with beach chairs and umbrellas right up to the water. You had to find a pig trail through the chairs to get to the water. Walking on the beach was impossible! The pool close to the beach was nice so we sat there. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.

Our stay was fantastic. Great location and very safe feeling accommodation as a solo traveling parent. If I had to find a negative(which would be stretching) but the shower and tub were not the cleanest when we arrived. But overall, great location and accommodations.

The resort area was beautiful and the pool near our room was amazing! The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. However, it could use some updated decor as there were no pictures on the walls, etc. Also, it would have been helpful if we had been provided more information about the area and amenities before arriving such as where to park, a map of the resort, etc.
