We Loved the cottage!! It was spacious and and nice to have 4 bathrooms!! Screened in porch was nice too! No kitchen dish cloths and pillows are so thick - you will need to bring your own pillow. Otherwise it was perfect!!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and the decor was lovely. We felt at home. The only suggestion would be to have more kitchen towels. There was only one. Also simple things like sal and pepper shakers would be nice. The storage issue is an issue as well especially for families needing to cook. You have to put your groceries on the counter which takes up space. Not sure what you can do about that. We also loved the beach supplies in your storage. The wagons were very helpful! Thanks again for a lovely stay at 30A!

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Please share those complements with the cleaning service. There was a minor issue with the water being turned off at the meter when we got there, but it was turned back on in a relatively timely manor. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

This house was very nice. It had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. House was very clean and well equipt and had plenty of towels. The only suggestion would be to have beach chairs available for the guests. This place also has room for 3 vehicles (a plus in this area).

House was great. We had as many as 8 people and had plenty of room. Community space is nice. Nice family-size table. Outdoor shower did not work. We did find a large roach in the kitchen. Might be time to exterminate again. Grill has cylinder is literally hanging on by its hose. Not a good long term solution. You might also rethink your rental recommendations. The beach chair/umbrella company doesn’t service the beach for the house. We were set up 1/4 mile west of our beach access. You need to let people know the limitations of the rental company or find someone different.

The house was clean, well stocked, and adequate for 9 people. We enjoyed the quiet community and pool. It was a short walk through the community to the beach access, but once we got to the beach the space near the access point is private so we had to walk further (about 150+ yards) to the left or right to be able to set up our spot.
