Great Stay!! Our family literally had no complaints. Loved having 5 bikes, it worked out perfectly for our family of 5 not to mention it saved a good chunk of money that we could spend elsewhere on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen! Every utensil, appliance needed, they have. Decor was great! Private balcony off the master was perfect, you can hear the waves crashing. Beach access is a short and easy ride away (private and public). Was hard to leave! We will be back!

We loved the house - I'd say better than the pictures! In a really cute neighborhood that is well located. Very well equipped and furnished. Would definitely stay there again. Nice to have the bikes included and not have to deal with rental Company separately. Only negatives which didn't impact us - the community pool is small based on the size of the neighborhood - but the ocean is a 10 min walk. The listing references chairs and umbrella - we were told by mgmt company there was a community shed to access those - we never found it so bought our own.

This beach house was perfect for our relaxing family vacation! The house (and quiet neighborhood) was adorable, clean, functional, spacious, and stocked with all necessary kitchen and beach supplies. The screened in porch felt private and was so nice to sit and watch the rain. The kids gave a thumbs up to both pools. The location was perfect. A quick bike ride to the shops/restaurants in Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach. We also enjoyed shopping and hanging out at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub 30A) for dinner and live music. Prior to arrival, I worried about the distance to the beach, but it proved to be a very short walk or bike ride and I felt safe with my three teens walking to and from. The beach chairs and wagon in the shed were much appreciated. Communication from management was direct and hospitable. We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon.

The house fit our group well! The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of linens and we had plenty of detergent and dishwasher pods to do two loads. The screened in porch was a nice place to rest at night, drink coffee in the morning and listen to the rain. The house felt private surrounded by all the lovely palms and tropical plants. Short walk to the pool and not too far from the beach. House provided beach chairs and a wagon which helped!

We’ve stayed in Magnolia Cottages for the last fifteen years. I think this stay has been our best yet.
