No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Second Wind at Crystal Beach on Scenic 98. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Second Wind. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

**Second Wind at Crystal Beach's private pool can be heated upon request. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.**
***The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather*******
Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm****
