Wine Down at Prominence South on 30A is one of the few in the neighborhood with Gulf views.  Upon entry off of the expansive front porch, you are greeted with an open floor plan, incorporating a chef's kitchen, fully-appointed for even the most discriminating home chef! Completed with updated finishes and an oversized island (with seating for 3), spacious dining area (with 8-person dining table, and comfy living room!

Right off of the living area is the first floor Master King Suite, flooded with natural light and complemented with a screened-in porch right off of the bedroom. This suite boasts an ensuite bathroom, with two vanities, walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The perfect room for those who may have trouble with stairs! On the first level you'll also find a half bathroom and spacious pantry cabinetry.

The wood accented stairs lead the way to the second floor where there is a sizable Landing/Den offers a comfy couch and TV. The spacious second floor King Master Suite features access to a private covered balcony, as well as an ensuite bath with two vanities and walk-in rain shower.

Also on the second floor, you'll find a Full guest bedroom with a private bath (with shower/tub combo), as well as a Full-over-Full (+ Twin Trundle) Bunkroom with yet another private bath (with another walk-in shower), the perfect place for the kid's to hang out! Don't forget the front balcony with seating and Gulf views!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal). Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access.

Community Pool: The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New South Pool is located just a short walk from the home and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!
