Sunsail Parking:
There are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway of the home with 1 spot available in the garage (for 1 additional vehicle). The remaining spot available in the 2-car garage is reserved for the provided Golf Cart & Bikes.
There is no overflow parking lot in this community, and parking on the street or in the yard is strictly prohibitted.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in The Sea-Haven at Sunsail on Crystal Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in The Sea-Haven. No exceptions will be made.
