There are several Beach Access locations within walking (or biking) distance!

The Barracuda Street Beach, Tarpon and Pompano Sreet Beach Accesses are allabout half a mile (10- to 12-minute walks) from the home.
The Crystal Beach Drive Beach Access is located about a 15-minute walk from Dune Alright. This access has limited parking, but tends to be more private and less crowded. Another two access points, The Shore at Crystal Beach Park and James Lee Park Beach Access (public parking, a pavilion, picnic tables and public restrooms), are both about a 17-minute walks from the home.
Hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service to get a ride to the beach!
They will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach!

No large items or floats will be transported
All guests over 12 must have arm bands to utilize the trolley beach service
The trolley operates from 9am-12pm and then from 1pm-5pm, daily, during season.
Pool Access:
The AMAZING Lagoon-style, zero-entry pool is located in the middle of The Villages of Crystal Beach, and is only a 350 FOOT (about a 1-minute) walk away from the front porch! This pool area includes a spa, grilling area, TV and surround sound, as well as plenty of seating!

The Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community just blocks from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can make the walk by foot, or hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day). They will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach!

The Villages of Crystal Beach Parking:
There is 1 parking space available in the driveway of the home with 1 spot available in an overflow lot (for 1 additional vehicle).
Trailers, RV's, boats and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Dune Alright at The Villages of Crystal Beach. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Dune Alright. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Beautiful home and great location! Pool is amazing.
The place was very nice but the washer and dryer needs to be upgraded it would not dry properly.
Everything was great, it was what I was expecting but I would say the cleaning needs to improve a bit, the downstairs carpet seem like it had trash all over. Also, the A/C was not cooling very well it never went below 76 but overall I would definitely come back and stay again, had an awesome time!!
Public beach access is a tiny part of the beach. Not much room to put up tent. Beds were comfortable. House could use a good deep cleaning. But overall had a great stay! We really enjoyed the nice pool and amenities of the house.

Place was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Prompt service getting. A new toaster because the other one was broke. The trolly to the beach was great. The pool temp was perfect. The overall family atmosphere. Houses are a bit close together and the parking seemed to be an issue. A open lot for ball games would have been nice. A basketball hoop maybe? The house had everything we needed except toilet paper. When we asked for more we were told we needed to get our own. That’s silly. Toilet paper is somewhat of a necessity. That should be provided. The staff person at the pool was horrible. The “rules” are really silly. No balls. 14 and 15 year old Can’t go to pool without an adult. She was unkind and a bully. The rules are to restrictive. I understand someone has to make people follow rules but how about just let people enjoy themselves. I will be putting this in the house review as well.
Location was good, amentities were sufficient. Internet and air conditioning worked well. Things are somewhat barebones as far as the kitchen, but nothing worthy of loss of a star. We all had a great time and the beds were amazing. Thanks!
Great home and location! I recommend having additional trash bags on property, especially for those staying for an extended period of time and having a way to regulate the street parking as we had difficulty getting out yard on several occasions due to people parking their vehicles in the street. Otherwise, I would most definitely rent again!
Everything was wonderful except there was a parking issue, we were allowed 2 cars for our driveway, the agreement stated "no street parking" but people kept parking at the end of our street and walking to different units, our driveway was blocked and we had no idea who the owners of the vehicles were staying to be able to ask them to move their vehicles.
