Beautiful home in a perfect neighborhood. Our three generations including two teens were quite comfortable in the rental. The bikes and golf cart were so handy to get us where we were going. One slight problem with a bike lock which was addressed immediately by management and much appreciated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had! The nearby restaurants were all fabulous and the amenities of the Beach Club were fantastic. A two minute walk to a pool is a "Southern Breeze" bonus. We took advantage of the beach access and other pools at the club as well as pickleball and tennis courts. Youngest grandson loved the lazy river at Camp Watercolor. Kitchen was well equipped for our eat-in needs. Sufficient towels and supplies were also a plus although we did take extra necessities for our week stay. Beds were comfortable and closets were helpful in keeping us organized. House was clean for our stay (although the soft furniture could use a good "spot" cleaning) and well laid out. Sadly, our weather was too cool most of the week to take advantage of the awesome screened in porch. We would love to come back!!

The house needed a deep clean. The furniture covers inside and out were filthy. The kitchen oven was full of cleaner and burned when we tried to use it. No oven mits to take out the food. Beds comfy. Couldn’t get the pantry door open on the right side. Was frustrating when trying to get food out. No kurig- never stayed in a watercolor house without a Kcup machine. Had to go buy coffee. TV in living room was blurry when watching football Saturday afternoon. No TVs in two bedrooms was an issue. Great location. Golf cart and bikes were good. Beds comfy!

Beautiful home. Great stay. Couple opportunities include (not a complaint… more FYI for future stays. 😉): Golf cart wasn’t charging. One golf cart seatbelt didn’t work. One bike lock didn’t work. Vacuum blew a fuse. Couldn’t find broom until leaving this am. 🤦🏻♀️

Beautiful home, very clean, nicely decorated, had most amenities but no hand soap in bathroom and kitchen. Also, we were told there would be blue wristbands provided for use of community pools but when we arrived, there were only white cards. When we got to the pool, we were not allowed in at first because the cards were not valid for that day and that we were not even on their guest list. Very inconvenient for me and my family (including 4 young kids in tow). Pool staff eventually let us in, and rental manager I spoke to on the phone said the wristbands would be brought to the property that day but we never received any wristbands

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and the location was great. Few minor things like microwave was broken and we couldn’t find sheets for the pull out but the staff was prompt in bringing replacements!

We had an excellent stay! House was well stocked. We loved having the golf cart and close access to Publix, along with all the other Watercolor amenities. Neighborhood was quiet but still close to Seaside, beach club and beach access. Would definitely book again!

Everything was great! The only thing I would say, the microwave was dirty when we got there. Like it smelled like spaghetti or something gross and the track underneath the plate was disgusting. One headlight in the golf cart was burned out so you might get someone to replace that asap since it makes it hard to see in the evenings with just one! Other than that, we had a wonderful week!!

We had an amazing stay in Watercolor this year. May weather was perfect, beaches beautiful and No crowds! Loved our house beautifully clean and great location. Had a small snafu with wristbands not being there when we arrived but was fixed rather quickly! Small issue with stove and fridge and Beachwalk Vacations fixed it super fast! Would definitely stay in this home again and rent from Beachwalk. Great experience

House was nice but needed some repairs. The upstairs bathroom had paint chipping off the walls near the shower looks like water damage. Multiple pieces of furniture had stains on them and needed to be clean. Including all of the outdoor furniture. I wish there was curtains in the bedrooms because the light was so bright in the front I woke up with the sunrise. I did expect to receive 12 wristbands since the booking stated 12 came with the house. We loved having a golf cart.
