Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

The home was perfect for the celebration of my daughter's 16th birthday. It was so quaint and beautifully decorated. The home was clean with easy access and close to Blue Mountain Beach access, as well as everything else along 30A. The master bedroom and bath were massive. There are only couple of things I would say that could be improved (1) trash cans in each bedroom and (2) a better functioning dryer. One thing to note is there is only one bathroom upstairs that has to be shared with adults and kiddos so just be aware.

We loved the house and the golf cart to get around. My only complaint is the grill at the house is a charcoal grill, not propane as advertised. The community grills at the pool are propane.

House just as described. It was beautiful and so clean. Golf cart was a lifesaver. Food, shopping, and beach access very close by. Has a great time and will definitely stay again.

The customer service was excellent. The house was very clean! We loved the location. The pool was amazing. The only thing was we had some plumbing issues, bath they were fixed quickly.

We enjoyed our house and our stay. The only reason I gave it four stars was because our WiFi and cable was out the entire length of our stay, and with four young children it was a challenge. But your staff was excellent at communication and kept us informed, and I know it wasn’t through any fault of BeachWalk Vacations. The house is beautiful and was very clean and set up nicely when we arrived. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and we (the grandparents) enjoyed having a first floor master with king bed and walk-in shower. We enjoyed having the golf cart and bicycles to get around - that was a huge bonus. We will definitely choose BeachWalk again for our family Beach vacations! Thank you!

Hi there, we enjoyed Tennessea very much. As frequent renters on 30A, we would like to make a few suggestions: 1. The dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. You may want to have a deep cleaning as it overheated and is likely a fire hazard. 2. It would very nice to have a keypad for the garage. It was inconvenient to have to go back into the house to close the garage door once you are leaving. 3. There was a significant layer of pollen on the back porch when we arrived. For allergy sufferers, it was hard for us to sit out there. Housekeeping may want to keep that mopped during high pollen season. 4. Last, the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No muffin pan, measuring cups, whisk, plastic serving bowls, cheap cookware, bare minimum and poor quality all around. Guests are paying a premium to be at this beautiful house. The amenities should reflect that as well. Overall, lovely home and great location.

We absolutely loved our experience! The house was immaculate, and literally steps from the pool. The golf cart was great, and we loved the bikes. We had zero complaints our entire stay! I did wish that we could have had access to a vacuum, because I felt bad not being able to vacuum everything before we left. We will definitely be returning for another stay next year!

Loved our stay! Brand new golf cart and bikes were a great treat. The few short steps to the pool was extremely convenient too. The neighborhood is lovely and easily accessible to several public beach accesses and some to the best restaurants 30a has to offer. The home is equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals in the chef’s kitchen.
