Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
Salty Air and Sandy Shores and the Old Florida Village community is located within walking distance of multiple beach access points!
The closest is the quiet Gulfview Heights Public Beach Access, only about a 10 minute (or 0.5 mile) walk away with parking for vehicles (and bikes), restrooms, showers, covered picnic tables and lifeguards during peak season.
The Spooky Lane Access is close as well. It's a smaller Access, with bike parking only, but it's only about a 0.6 miles (or a 12 minute walk) away.
Finally, the Shellseekers Beach Access Point is nothing but a simple walkover, and perhaps one of the most secluded (less-known) Beach Access Points in the area. Again, less than a 12 minute walk (or 0.6 miles), away!
STEPS AWAY (about 150 feet) to the community pool! This home has access to a SECOND community pool as well, only another short, 2-minute walk away!
Tucked away off a beach end street, The Old Florida Village community offers a very easy walk to two community pools, and a short, 10-minute walk to the beach! Located in the heart of this lovely, Blue Mountain Beach community, Salty Air and Sandy Shores offers spacious accommodations for 8 in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This home offers plenty of space in the Living Room for entertaining the whole family! A renovated, fully-appointed kitchen, complete with updated appliances, to satisfy the chef of the family, ensures that you can still have home-cooked family meals while on vacation. Have drinks or coffee on the front porch or balcony, while watching the sunrise (or sunset) on Santa Rosa Beach.
The Master Bedroom on the second floor features a spacious King Bedroom and Private Master Bath, a Walk-in Shower and Soaking Tub. Don't forget the Balcony for relaxation!
The Guest Bedrooms (one on the first floor, the other on the second) each house a Queen Bed, and each has access to a shared bath with Shower/Tub Combos. The second floor Guest Room shares it's bath with a second, Twin Guest room with two Twin beds, perfect for the Kids!
If you don't feel like cooking (or staying in) there's plenty to do, see, hear and eat nearby! Goatfeathers Restaurant is within walking distance, as is Local Catch Bar and Grill, along with a plethora of other eateries, entertainment and shops! Or just hit the beach, the nearby GulfiView Heights Beach Access is quiet and out of the way.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Salty Air and Sandy Shores at Old Florida Village on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted on the premises of Salty Air and Sandy Shores on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
