1 Mile to the beach. NatureWalk enjoys a private walking/biking path to the beach. The NatureWalk beach trail, off Lily Lane, located near 'The Gathering Place' travels through the Point Washington State Forest to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile. Another beach access, Santa Clara Public Access with parking and facilities, is another 2 blocks east on 30A.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Attention: 

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

No Pets: 

No pets of any kind are permitted in “Bonnie Blue Bungalow” at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: 

Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Bonnie Blue Bungalow”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No "Commercial Vehicles": 

Recreational vehicle of any kind shall be parked overnight in Naturewalk at Seagrove, and no boats, boat trailers, trailers of any kind, campers, motor homes, mobile homes or buses shall be permitted to be parked in Naturewalk at Seagrove unless kept fully enclosed within a garage; and if parked on a public parking pad within the neighborhood may be subject to towing at renters' expense.

No On-Street Parking: 

There are limited parking pads that can be used and improperly parked vehicles could be fined and/or towed.
No towels on porch railings or visible from the street - this is an HOA community whose standards help keep it looking great for our guests but who can also be picky about small issues. Avoid any hassle, just placate them by abiding by these small nits.
