Just off the main living area is the King Master Suite, with high ceilings and a wall of windows that compliments the stunning space with tons of natural light. Hardwood floors flow seamlessly into the secondary living area. The en-suite bathroom areas, with contemporary custom counter-tops & world-class, along with no lack of warm Florida sunlight!
The 1st-floor comes complete with a game area and a bunk rooms with two sets of Twin-over-Full Bunk-Beds.  The perfect place for the Kiddo's to hang out! A beautiful outdoor patio area, directly outside the back door, will have you embracing the coastal lifestyle (in the private hot tub) in no time!
Sea Pointe is a small community of five homes located in Dune Allen Beach on 30A. The private community elicit's peace an relaxation in a natural, beachy setting. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, or go for a dip in the community pool, should you tire of the salty ocean water! A short walk from multiple beach accesses, Sea Pointe is within walking to Oyster Lake and other serene natural wonders. Bird watching, wildlife photography, fishing, and paddle boarding are only a few of the activities available nearby, not to mention the plethora of restaurants and shops available just a short stroll away!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. Paradise Pete's, and the community of Sea Pointe on 30A, are located approximately only a 6-minute walk away from the Palms of Dune Allen East Beach Access.

There's also the Lake Causeway Beach Access (only a 7-minute walk) from the home.

Finally, the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, although a bit farther from the home, is ADA accessible with picnic shelters, plenty of parking, public restrooms and lifeguards, during peak season.

No pets of any kind are permitted in “Paradise Pete's” at Sea Pointe on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Paradise Pete's”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

We have been staying in Santa Rosa every year for the last 7 years, this year was one of the best experiences we've had yet. Was really nice to have a 6 seater golf cart included, pool was really quiet as it was only for the few houses right next to it. Location was fairly close to the beach and the house overall was really nice. Only real complaint, was it wasn't SUPER clean, minor details that were probably just overlooked on a quick clean before the next visit. However, other than that we really enjoyed our stay here this year and would stay again.

Kitchen needs more resources. Spices and maybe oil. Need better frying pans… we cooked a lot… needs more than 1 dish towel and 1 dish rag✔️…I organized kitchen a bit better, hopefully that helps next family.Washed glasses on open shelves as they were all dusty. We fixed the front door… arrived with bikes, but no bike locks… bikes could’ve easily been stolen🤷‍♀️… loved the place, got married, will never forget… thank you God that the golf cart worked the entire stay as we needed it!!! Overall, all was good!!! Garbage directions were inaccurate on someone’s end, as one set of instructions said Monday and one said Tuesday. Maybe you should tell guests to pile all dirty white linens in the laundry room, just a suggestion. Thank you!!! Obviously, loved your place!!! # JustcallmeMrs.Burns#❤️

Stay was great! House is beautiful and location is great, easy golf cart or bike ride to public access. Private hottub was nice since it was chilly most of the trip. Only negative was that property manager was in the process of changing over so there was some confusion there, but both companies were prompt and addressed concerns. Front door didn’t latch well and needs to be adjusted. Also pool is not heated, ad is being updated :/ but overall a great well kept and trendy-updated house, we enjoyed our stay
