This home has access to the The WaterColor Beach Club, approximately 1.6 miles through the Camp and Cottage Districts.
PLEASE NOTE: WaterColor is undergoing some updates to be even more amazing! The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the areas effected and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.

Please Note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Blessings by the Sea' at WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Blessings by the Sea.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

We have been vacationing in the watercolor resort for 10+ years, and the Seaside area for 30+ years. We love the amenities offered at Watercolor, because of the expanded beach club, as well as the multiple pools in the community. The new wristband access is much better than the former access card program. As for this specific house that we rented this year, it was very nice. We loved the family room/kitchen/dining area. The master suite was beautiful; however, our upstairs family members reported that the beds were not very comfortable. The area that has 4 bunk beds worked pretty well, but lacks a door. We noted that we had to kill 4 roaches in the house over our stay. We realize that roaches are difficult to control, but I felt it should be stated. Please take these comments solely as constructive, not complaints. We would very happily rent this house, again!! Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful with the house! Very clean and beautiful! The only thing we had a small Issue with was the bikes- 3 of the 4 had their chains come off repeatedly while we were riding them. So it may be time foe a bike tune-up:)

House was great and seemed clean for the most part although there were some crumbs on the rug near the tv in the den. Around the outdoor shower had not been cleaned as there was trash and debris around it. As far as maintenance items, the only thing we noticed were the lights above the bunk beds were falling down. Items that would be useful are additional dish towels in the kitchen and additional chairs and a table on the back patio. In the property description for beach access suggest mentioning the public access at Seacrest Beach which is only 0.5 miles east on 30A. We stumbled upon it accidentally and found it to be the best access in terms of parking availability and ease of access to the beach (long ramp instead of multiple stairs). Overall, the house and location were great and we had a great time. Hope this feedback is useful.

The house was awesome and BeachWalk was wonderful to work with from the very beginning to the very end! The one issue for us was that the grill isn't in working order which caused us to change dinner plans at the last minute one of the evenings.

Beautiful property, beautiful location. The home was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property. The only problem we had was that the rental company had not dropped our wristbands in the property and we were not able to access the beach club until we drove to the community homeowner association to pick up the bands ourselves. Note: the beach club will turn you away if you don’t have them. You cannot show them your contract or link.

The house was beautiful and clean. The staff made sure everything was I. Order before our arrival and the text messages made it easy to k ow what to do upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and it accommodate everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The neighbor was very rude with leaving a note on the car stating “ don’t park your car near my house , park your car if front of your house and security have been called”. Which very unnecessary because we parked in the spot that was allowed. However , I would recommend this house and would definitely stay there again.
