Located in the secluded, gated community of Cypress Breeze and within biking distance of the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, as well as the vibrant artist colony of Gulf Place, there are plenty of awesome amenities surrounding 'Sandpeper' to keep the whole family occupied!  Hop on to the three provided bikes for a quick ride anywhere!  Sandpeper will undoubtedly become one of your favorite Vacation Destinations for years to come!
 
Upon entering the home you will notice hard wood floors and the open-floor design. Here you will find the living room, dining room, and the kitchen.
 
The kitchen boasts a Coastal Rustic feel with Granite counter-tops, a 3-person breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a large double-door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser.  With plenty of room around the Dining Room Table, for those big family dinners, and a fully-appointed kitchen for even the most discriminating chef, Sandpeper is your next home away from home!  
 
The living room holds a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating around it, room for entertaining the whole family!
 
The Master Suite features a King bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a large wall-mounted flat screen T.V., as well as a private bathroom with a double-vanity with granite counter-tops and a large Walk-in Shower. Working remotely is made easy in the master bedroom with the desk, monitor, keyboard, web cam and docking station! Whether its work or your kids schooling that needs to be finished, this is the spot!
 
The remaining 2 Guest Rooms (1 King & 1 Queen) with premium furnishings and large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V.s.  T.V.s in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this vacation! The Guest Rooms share a bathroom with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
