Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Stay met our basic needs. Location to beach was great! Condo was clean, but could use some TLC- (e.g., picture was missing on bedroom wall, trim was missing between bath and master, refrigerator makes a loud creak when opening, blinds are broken in master, etc). It would have been helpful to have more wash cloths. There were plenty of bath towels, but only a couple of wash cloths/hand towels so they had to be washed daily. ***Condo could desperately use a hanging rack(s) since the one closet is not accessible to guests. I noticed through the window that another unit had a rack. It was very inconvenient for 4 of us to have suitcases spread out everywhere- and didn’t feel quite “at home” to live a week out of a suitcase and have “stuff everywhere”. Also, pantry space would be helpful. We didn’t want to rearrange all of the dishes in the cabinets for extra space, so all snacks, bread, dry/can items were spread all over the counter space- leaving no prep room. No dustpan could be found to quickly sweep up sand. Management should highly consider parking tags/designated spaces to help deter those parking in the designated lot during peak seasons. We left a couple of times and no parking spaces (including in the paved area) were available. We watched as business employees/vehicles, patrons, and guest golf carts occupied spaces for condo guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the area is our very favorite, but simple fixes/added touches could make big impacts for future guests. (We have stayed in the area for years during this same week.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved that the beach access was so close and that we also had a pool to enjoy. The condominium was clean and well decorated. It accommodated five of us comfortably. I highly recommend.

Very nice place. There are shops and restaurants just below the condo which is very nice. The hosts are very accommodating and answer messages back in timely matter. Highly recommend this place for a getaway with your significant other.

The place was very clean, looks just like the pictures. Location was amazing!!! Very close to anything you need and the beach is right across the street. The only thing I would change is maybe have some area rugs or carpets. I know it’s a beach condo but I felt like I was constantly cleaning the floors so I didn’t go to bed with sandy dirty feet. We also had trouble with the WiFi. We did reach out to get this fixed but was never able to connect. Overall we had a great stay.

Really enjoyed everything! Did not find the basketball court. The place does have a keurig coffee machine. Our locked rental bikes from the neighboring pizza/bike rental place got stolen Tuesday in Seaside so that was more than a headache especially if they charge me $800 for the two of them. I can’t believe the racket going on with rental bikes. She told me to go behind Publix and look for it. They want $40 to get each bike back. Crazy. Other than that everything was great. A couple subtle issues with the condo. Not sure if their TVs are smart and offer Netflix. Couldn’t figure it out. Door handle fell off. Dishwasher was an issue but got fixed. (Thank you!)

Wifi didn’t work. Not the end of the world but we were unable to stream movies at night. Access to beach chairs would be a plus. Overall though, the place was clean and comfortable. Access to beach, food, bike rental, etc was great.

Unit was cozy and comfortable. Very convenient location. A couple of maintenance issues. Lock on balcony door rusted shut and could not lock door. Refrigerator very noisy. Common areas ( elevator, stairwells) dirty with debris and dead insects. Disappointed that we we unable to watch some sporting events because of channel availability.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. It was clean and well stocked. Great location in proximity to the beach and restaurants! It may not be as comfortable for a longer stay (for more than 2 people), because there isn’t much seating for relaxing or eating meals, but it was perfect for a long weekend for our family of 4. We will definitely choose this place again for our next long weekend beach trip!

We have stayed in the Cassine station units before and were very pleased but felt a little disappointed this time. The unit wasn’t very clean with sand on the floor, the kitchen faucet leaking, dishwasher not stabilized when you opened the door, dishes in the cabinets were not clean and stains on almost all cushions of furniture. Still a great unit location but not what we anticipated in cleanliness.
