This spacious home boasts 2 King Master Suites, one is conveniently located on the first floor and features a mounted T.V., walk-in closet, and en-suite master bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. A second Master King Suite with private bath (and walk-in shower) is located upstairs. The second floor also holds an additional King Suite and 2 separate Kid's Rooms, one with a built-in Twin-over-Twin Bunk-bed and the other with two Twin Beds. Finally, there is also a Pullout Futon on the Second Floor Den, complete with a 65-inch flat-screen TV!

This home has access to the The WaterColor Beach Club, approximately 1.6 miles through the Camp and Cottage Districts.
 
PLEASE NOTE: WaterColor is undergoing some updates to be even more amazing! The Beach Club is expanding, and during the construction process, beach access, beach side service including chairs and towels, as well as food service and restroom options will still be available. Below, we have listed the areas effected and when they are scheduled to be available for use. These dates are subject to change.

The pools currently available are the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill (Frog) Pool, Camp Pool, and the Dragonfly Pool!

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn' at WaterColor Crossings on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Dew Drop Inn.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
