Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
No Pets:
Pets are not permitted in Olivia's Seaside. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Really loved it. A few things though: not enough toilet paper (we ended up getting some), the community gate code did not work at the Charlotte entrance, the address was not on the list for the beach at the entrance where we were told to go so they almost did not let us in, and MORE DISH TOWELS! So many bath towels but only two dish towels was very odd. Finally, while it did not change how much we enjoyed the interior, it would have been nice to know BEFORE the day of check-in that the backyard reno was underway and we wouldn’t be able to use the outdoor space. Quite disappointing.

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The beach house was amazing. We had plenty of space for our group of 10. It had everything we needed for a great stay - plenty of linens, pots and pans, dishes and the use of the golf cart was great. The close proximity to the beach was also great. Had a wonderful stay and we would love to rent there again.

The home was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed it thoroughly. There are just a few minor maintenance items. Nothing that detracted from the visit. (One of the guests was a carpenter so he naturally was more aware of items that need attention). There was a toilet paper holder that needs to be tightened. The front door should have a shade. We will definitely be back to Olivia's Beach House. Very relaxing.

House is gorgeous! Backyard is so wonderful!! We were able to hook our hammock straps up for afternoon naps. The porch is so lovely for morning coffee and overall relaxing. The umbrella dining table was great for meals. Backyard fire pit was used almost daily for our spring stay (bring wood) They do need to change the sprinkler system time. They come on at 9 pm and they will spray you sitting around the fire and that is just too early. House does have a grill, that was a nice surprise because I did not see that in the description. Needs grilling utensils. Kitchen needs more cutlery & plates. We were a party of 14 and could not all eat at the same time, thankfully we had disposable. House was very clean upon our arrival. House could use some extra blankets/throws. Golf cart and bikes made it just so fun! Community pool was not heated but comparable to the ocean temp in April. They had the beach access code wrong so that was frustrating, created a lot of extra walking the first 2 days and several phone calls. Make sure you screen shot your access codes because you will need them everywhere. The cul-de-sac was private and great for the kids. Lovely, lovely house!!
