Attention: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Conveniently located directly on Scenic Highway 30A in popular Seagrove Beach, The Nautical Compass is a beautiful two-story residence with over 1,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The first story includes a comfy coastal-themed foyer and two guest rooms and a bunk-nook. A spacious open-concept living and dining area leading to a large covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and an additional master suite are located on the second story.

Located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, 30A Townhomes is a low rise, five-building luxury townhome development with only 26 planned residences. A community swimming pool with bath houses is the perfect place to gather and relish the Northwest Florida sunshine. Beach and dune lake access is minutes away along with shopping, dining and recreation all located conveniently nearby!

Beach Access: The Nautical Compass is located approximately .4 miles from the Eastern Lake Rd Public Beach Access.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in The Nautical Compass at 30A Townhomes. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping:

The place was good. Having the golf cart was great and great proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend changing the furniture out in the living room. It’s very uncomfortable and small. Felt like sitting on a toy- I’m 6 foot three 225 pounds. All in all it was good.

The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed. The biggest disappointment was the beach access. It needs to be mentioned about having to wade waist deep across water to get to the beach. This wasn’t easy while trying to keep your items dry. Area was beautiful and it was was very helpful having the bikes and golf cart to use.

The townhouse was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great having a golf cart to take to the beach and the bikes were a nice touch. Also...a large balcony with view of the pool. The only negative was the dishwasher didn't work and there was no hot water out the kitchen sink (BeachWalk did bring us paper plates/solo cups and plastic cutlery). Minor issue overall. We had a great trip and would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful experience on our vacation! The house was beautiful with plenty of room. Perfectly located on 30A right between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, we were able to visit all of the beautiful little towns with just a short drive. Although the beach is a short walk, we decided to drive to make carrying chairs and beach toys a bit easier. There was easy parking and the beach was everything we expected, soft white sand and beautiful clear water. We can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay! Our townhouse was perfect and very comfortable. We enjoyed the upstairs master bedroom and we put the teenagers on the first floor. It is a perfect set-up. The golf cart was ideal for the short trek to the beach. The closest beach access is not as crowded as the beaches closer to Seaside, a plus! Our neighbors were very courteous and quiet. We highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Good location. We loved having the golf cart. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the WiFi did not work and the signal was terrible. We couldn’t use our phones or internet in the condo. This made it difficult to look up things or order take out.
