Relax and unwind amongst the Magnolia and Oak-shaded streets of Old Seagrove in 'Solterra', a beautiful, spacious 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home that sleeps up to 10 vacationers. Located in Old Seagrove Beach, just a half mile east of Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded, one block walk to public beach access, only 250 walking steps away!. Relax by your private pool. Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches, starkly contrasted against the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside! This home is equipped with wireless internet, cable and a well-stocked library.

The modern kitchen was renovated in 2018! Incredible walnut floors grace this level. The gracious front porch invites you into the large common living and dining room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 plush side chairs, end table, lamp and coffee table. The Dining table has seating for 8, plenty of room for family dinners! The fully apportioned kitchen features granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances (fridge with ice-maker, gas range, wine frig, dishwasher and microwave), and an island with raised bar and seating for 4. The Wall mounted 40” LCD TV and DVD serve as the entertainment for this entire area.

A convenient powder room is located on the first floor, and a stack-able super capacity washer/dryer is available for all the entire families laundering needs! The King master bedroom has a large closet, a King bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk with side chair, plush chair with ottoman and a 32” LCD TV. Plenty of room in the private master bath, with double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. French doors lead from the master bedroom to a screened porch and the pool. The porch is outfitted with padded iron furniture – sofa, side chair, ottoman and coffee table as well as a glass-topped dining table with 4 chairs.

The second floor King master bedroom has King bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, 32” flat panel TV, plush side chair with ottoman and French doors leading to a private porch overlooking the pool. This balcony is outfitted with 2 comfy thickly padded loungers. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Hall bath has 2 sinks and a tub/shower. Den has a sectional sofa, large 40” LCD TV, DVD, side chair with ottoman and a couple of bean bag chairs. Front porch comes off the den and overlooks the quiet street – it is outfitted with a tall table and 2 chairs.

The Queen bedroom has 27” LCD TV, 2 bedside tables and lamps, a dresser and a closet. The last bedroom sports a Twin-over-Full bunk-bed and a separate Twin for the kids! It also sports a dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a large closet.

Outside you will find a private 12 x 24 pool surrounded by brick pavers, located in a secluded, fenced-in back yard. The pool area is outfitted with 4 lounger chairs and an iron table, with six cushioned chairs, plus a large umbrella. Two hot/cold outdoor showers, a gas grill are also available for guest use.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast enclosed by Destin and Panama City Beach. This route creates a sense wonder as one cruises through the natural beauty of rare dune lakes, soft white sand, and stunning emerald waters exclusive to the area.The highway conjoins the coastal villages of South Walton holding its own unique characteristics that depict a dream like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Pool: Solterra's private pool can be heated upon request between Oct. 14th - May 12th for an additional $35 per day.

The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees and cannot be changed.

A request for pool heating requires a 48 hour notice.*

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Solterra.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Solterra.' No exceptions will be made. Everything was fine! The upstairs shower had an issue but they got someone out to fix it. The oven did not work at all, it gave an error code that the fan was blown.

Great house. Very convenient to get the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. recommend updating pics online of the inside, include in description that beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. No Keurig, no salt and pepper and no replacement trash bags are provided. House needs a pair of scissors on hand. Dryer and oven not working properly during our stay.

The location of this place can't be beat! Short walk to the beach. Spacious kitchen which is well appointed. Lots of porch space and places to read and relax. Thee house does need some TLC. There are some details that are overlooked--the pool heater doesn't work, and when we had a question for the management company, you have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. But that didn't take too long.

The house was wonderful! We loved all the pool and beach toys and chairs! Well cleaned and furnished. The only thing that would have been very helpful is to provide is laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, more hand soap, dishwashing tablets and liquid, paper towels, trash bags and some sort of cleaning product to clean counters and tables. Also the kitchen was missing basics like a corkscrew, salt and pepper, oil, etc.

Everything was great except for the check in process and the response times for communications. We were told that an early check in wasn’t available because the house was waiting for the inspection to be completed but we waited out front of the house for nearly 2 hours before the normal check in and no one ever came to do the inspection so the house was ready for us to check in early.

We had a great stay. We only had concerns about the trash on the last day because it still had not been picked up from the previous renters and the cans by the street were full. We had to leave all of the trash bags on the porch. Overall, the unit was wonderfully stocked with kitchen/cooking utensils and we had a wonderful long weekend. We will definitely be turning to BeachWalk Vacation Rentals in the future when seeking a beautiful beach house.

Lovely home. We enjoyed your beautiful home. It’s was an easy walk to beach. The only thing negative I’d have to say ( and I doubt this is anything the owners can change) was several speeding cars cutting through on your street to avoid 30A! I know it is probably the busiest week of season but folks would drive well over speed limit and joy even stop at the stop sign. It’s such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, shouldn’t have to worry about the walkers and children’s safety. Other than the random speeders, it’s a lovely place to stay.

Solterra was perfect for our family of ten. The three couples each had a nice bedroom and all four cousins spent quality time in their bedroom and second family room. It was perfect. I think the only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner, but fortunately Grandpa doesn’t mind sweeping up the sand that invariably gets in the house. We had a wagon for all our beach stuff so the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. We will definitely try to stay at Solterra again! One more thing that stumped us was the Roku on the downstairs bedroom TV. We needed to know the name of the internet provider and we didn’t have that information. I have to admit that I could have easily asked Beach Walk for that information but it wasn’t that important to us.

Excellent location, house and overall experience! My one qualm was the cleanliness of the pool but this is hard to do especially with all the trees/leaves in the backyard! Amazing experience and I will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and location perfect. What I really appreciated was how responsive and helpful the people at Beach Walk were. We had a little bitch with the contract in the beginning (through Airbnb) but Beach Walk was quick, helpful, and everyone I talked to was genuinely kind. I would highly recommend this house and Beach Walk!
