-fix the garbage can drawer -fix the knocking noise on the golf cart -fix the Keurig in the kitchen -make communication with the host easier - purchase oven mits -leave a few more disposables like pods, garbage bags, etc.

It was a very nice gesture to compensate for not being able to use the golfcart.

Over all we enjoyed our stay at Eagle Nest. A few things that would have improved our stay; Larger softer bath towels, cleaner floors though out and cleaner master shower due to mold!!! The rain shower in the master is extremely strong, was unable to enjoy due to the high pressure. I recommend auto nightlights for the guest bathrooms like the master bathroom has, especially for kids. The Golf cart needs LOTS of maintenance, fully charged battery but random beeping. It made a lot of questionable noises when turning and the steering wheel was broke but we made it through our stay. Kitchen could use bigger trash can/additional trash bags. We enjoyed the pool but was a little cloudy. Spa was really nice! The Master bed was not super soft or super firm. Queen beds firm. In regards to the beaches, they get packed fast (get there early) and not a lot of space for the public to set up due to private beach on both sides. Lots of great restaurant options; Stinky’s Fish Camp was a very long wait but worth it. Beach Camp was good too!

Cute beach house. The walls were a little dirty. The furniture was a little worn as well. The golf cart was a little raggedy. The steering wheel was not all the way attach it was kind of questionable, but we powered through. The rooms were very small, but it worked out for our short stay. Overall, we had a blast and made the best of it. Super easy access to the beach. The beach house did provide extra beach supplies which came in handy. Definitely recommend getting beach service the morning of your trip to the beach very early, as it always fills up fast. The neighborhood pool was very large and had a really cool look out tower that my grandchildren absolutely loved. Overall, I give it four stars mainly on location and convenience to everything. Perfect for a small family!

Amazing house located in a very nice neighborhood. House everything you need for a beach vacation. Kitchen had everything you needed. Pool is located close to the house. Beach access, restaurants, and gas station located 3-5 minutes down the road. Used the golf cart the whole time for east access. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

We loved our stay at Eagle’s Nest in 30A! It was perfectly equipped with all necessary items for our family and close proximity to just about every single place we needed to go. The back porches were perfectly private and we felt tucked away from lots of crowds. We definitely hope to return next year!

House is beautiful and equipped with pretty much everything needed for a great stay. Master bath is awesome and shower is amazing. Kitchen has everything to cook great meals. Porches and decks are great hang out spaces. Appreciated the bikes and golf cart for easy access to the beach. Suggestions would be queen beds in secondary bedrooms and better mattresses for both of those - mattresses were very uncomfortable on those rooms. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

No complaints other than none of the bathrooms had any hand soap! We always come prepared and even bring our own toilet paper just in case but hand soap wasn’t something we thought to bring with us. Other than that, this property had everything we need! We were able to use kitchen utensils and the pans provided which was awesome as we like to keep it healthy and eat out very minimally. We hope to be able to stay here again soon! Also such a great and responsive team- Karli was super helpful!!

House was exceptional !! Perfect location. Close to everything but also secluded for relaxation.

While we enjoyed our stay at 211 Gulfview Cirlce, and the community and house was lovely, there were a few maintenance issues that could have been addressed prior to our arrival. In the guest bathroom upstairs, we noticed a hole in the side of the bathtub that had been patched several times but was not adequately fixed. Additionally, the toaster was not functional, and the toilet paper provided was of the lowest quality. During our stay, we experienced a leak in the kitchen over the stove, and despite reporting the issue to the management company, no technician was sent to address the problem. The beach chairs provided were also in poor condition as they were rusted and did not function properly. Furthermore, the rental advertisement included access to the community pool, but we found the hot tub to be dirty and not heating up. When we contacted the management company, they informed us that they do not manage the community pool and the we needed to contact the HOA. As renters, we did not expect to have to handle this type of issue during our vacation, and we feel that the management company should have made more of an effort to get this issue resolved. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of concern shown by the management company towards ensuring renters have a pleasant stay.

Our family loved our stay at the house. Everything was clean and well maintained and the golf cart was a huge bonus when getting to the beach and back. We would love to come back and visit again.
