Z. Beach Breeze at Emerald Shores Miramar Beach

Overall our stay was pretty awesome, but we did notice a few issues throughout our stay. Including a dirty BBQ pit that ultimately caught fire while we waited for it to heat up. Two of our beds were broken. We had very limited supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags etc) for a week long trip. We also came across a few roaches during our stay. The house was beautiful and has so much potential to be perfect.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Prime location! We had an amazing stay at 19 onyx cove. The staff got back to us immediately once our codes stopped working for the gate. Friendly people. Awesome neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Breeze. The location and neighborhood was ideal - an easy walk to the beach through a very family friendly community. The beach pavilion and chair rental service was wonderful. The management company was very responsive and super easy to work with. They made the check in and check out process very quick and easy. The home was an ideal layout for our group, with nice sized bedrooms. The appliances, washer/dryer and main flooring are updated. However, the bathrooms and furnishings were extremely worn out and dated. The beds were also very worn and the mattresses sunken in. The outdoor porches and spaces were a nice feature but could use a good power washing and cleaning. The outdoor furniture was pretty old as well. The pool was very close and a nice size - but we were there over spring break and there was lots of trash left around the pool deck and even in the pool. We did enjoy our stay and if the mattresses, furniture and bathrooms were updated we would definitely book this house again in the future.

Everything was perfect, only complaint we had is the TV downstairs. Weather kept us inside for a couple days & with only Apple TV, the options were limited. Airplay wouldn’t work the whole time. Everything else was great & the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in the house on Onyx Cove with Beachwalk. Location is very convenient to the beach and other things in the area. All of our questions were quickly responded to! The accommodations were just as described and perfectly fit our needs. The large TV in the living Room area is wonderful! Just 2 minor items that need some attention. The GFI for the bathroom downstairs had been tripped and we could not get it reset so that those receptacles would work. 2nd item is the towel bar in the upstairs bathroom which is loose.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. I would definitely book again.

My family had a great time at Beach Breeze. Everything was exactly as expected and as advertised. The pool was a quick walk from the house and then a little further and across the street to the beach. The pavilion was nice to have access too with small kids. The house was perfect. We really enjoyed the area. Would love to come back again.

Great vacation home and in walking distance to the beaches. The second floor was hot, but the owners knew because they provided fans.

The only issue we had was the a/c unit not working on the second floor..it was super hot...technicians were sent right away but I believe the fix required a long process. Other than that everything was great.

We were only there for two nights, but we quickly found that the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing that could have made it better is if there had been a separate AC unit for the upstairs. It was cool by bedtime but I know the unit ran a lot. The downstairs was really cool! We would stay at this property again for sure!

My stay was pleasant, my family had plenty of room and the walk to the beach was fairly short. The pools were also enjoyable. Wished that their were standard condiments and supplies provided like coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper. And also wished that a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs were provided with the unit.
