NatureWalk enjoys a private nature path to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' travels through nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile. Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.
NatureWalk's ‘Gathering Place’ features 2 pools, a Jacuzzi, children’s playground, Fire Pit, Outdoor Grills and more! The NatureWalk beach trail, located near the ‘Gathering Place’ , is a short nature trail through state forest and a sleepy side road (San Juan Ave) leading to the beach.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in The Cali Bea at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

The home and furnishings were beautiful!!! The neighbor hood bike trails were a lot of fun. Great amenities, including basketball, pickle ball, pool, grills, fire pits, playgrounds. My kids also enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Very close ride to the grocery store. If you have kids, bring a few plastic cups, only glassware in home.
Great house in a fantastic neighborhood. The pool is nice and it’s a great location.
Everything was perfect but my only complaint is the beach access. The San Juan beach access was closed and apparently has been under construction for months. The other beach access offered does not have any parking for a car or golf cart. We had to travel to the seaside beach access where again parking was a major issue. We did enjoy the house, bikes, and golf cart...just wished it was a little easier to get to the beach.
The perfect vacation! Awesome house, awesome location. Absolutely beautiful for the week of Thanksgiving, perfect weather. Wonderful kitchen and patios, amazing nature walks, and fun little trips to the beach in the golf cart. Very good times had riding the bicycles on 30A. Great public beach access. Great beds, really cool 3 bed bunkbed setup. Very close & convenient to grocery store Publix. We had a full Thanksgiving dinner, loved the table. Awesome customer service.
One of the bicycles was broken, and the front 2 tires on the golf cart are bald, making it almost dangerous to drive, but the house was fabulous.
The house was wonderful! I would like to let you know upon arrival the home wasn’t fully cleaned. It has multiple dishes as well as glasses cracked and put in cabinets. There was food caked on the kitchen counter and several spots on the floors though out that just needed a little scrubbing. Normally I wouldn’t mention anything but with the current situation of pandemic I would’ve felt that would’ve been more of a priority. Other than that it was great and would absolutely rent again.
Beautiful and comfortable home! We really enjoyed our stay. The only feedback is that there are some electric outlets that did not work in the upstairs loft room and upstairs middle bathroom.
This beach home was host to probably our best beach vacation stay ever! The house is so wonderfully decorated and accommodating for an incredible stay for the relaxation-seeker. The Naturewalk location is the perfect blend of secluded and accessible to the beach and 30A restaurants and stores. We felt so comfortable staying there we wanted to take the home with us when we left. The included six-seater, street-legal golf cart perfectly fit our family and was our vehicle of choice throughout our stay. It’s the best way to travel to the nearby Publix for groceries, the San Juan beach access and even for sightseeing in nearby Seaside or along 30A. We were even able to use the cruiser bikes to explore some of the many trails throughout the neighborhood and local community. Our extreme satisfaction can best be summed up in this fact: We. Will. Be. Back!!
I even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The house was way more than we expected. The golf cart was a huge plus! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for the great communication from start to finish!
The house was great!! The gathering place was awesome!! Our only negative was the fact that it is not a short nature walk to the beach. It is ok for adults but it’s a long walk or bike ride for kids. Check out time was a little early.
How’s was perfect for 8 people. You can tell it’s brand new. Still some construction in neighborhood but considering the $ it wasn’t an issue. Little far from the beach than we usually stay but kids still had fun!
