Pets are not permitted in Tiki Tides. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Beach Access: 'Tiki Tides' and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately 1/2 mile from the Blue Lupine Beach Access. The Blue Mountain Public Beach Access is also a convenient beach access with public restrooms. Take the provided 6-Seater, Street-Legal Golf Cart, or one of the provided bikes to get there quick!
Pool Access: The Community Pool area, just a few steps from the home, offering an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub fire pit, and more!
Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access about a half of a mile from the front door!
Directly across from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A short walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.
Hardwood floors, granite countertops, Victorian paneling, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a large covered front porch, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.
All three bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom comes with a king bed and opens to a covered private balcony. Enjoy the master's walk-in closet, private master bathroom, and walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the home are the two guest bedrooms. The first houses a king bed, and the second is a children's bedroom holding a built-in twin over twin bunk and built-in full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
