Come see 30A's newest addition, the Town of Prominence, filled with vacation fun and relaxation! Conveniently located between Seaside & Alys Beach. Providing 2 resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions with gas grills and a small fitness center. Just a short distance across 30A lies 'The Big Chill',formerly know as “The Hub" where guests can enjoy access to restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! Guests can drive our 6-seat golf cart to the beach access at Deer Lake State Park (.5 miles away) and enjoy the picturesque stroll down the wooden bridge over the rare dune lakes or venture a little further down County Highway 30A in the golf cart to the Santa Clara Public Beach Access (3.5 miles away)!
'Beach Life' on 30A at Prominence is well suited for families of all sizes, with its fully equipped open kitchen, upgraded appliances and luxury furnishings. There is plenty of space for gathering together while meals are prepared in the large open floor plan, allowing for easy views into the living and dining area. A six seater golf cart and three bikes will be included for convenient travel! The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast enclosed by Destin and Panama City Beach. This route creates a sense wonder as one cruises through the natural beauty of rare dune lakes, soft white sands, and stunning emerald waters exclusive to the area.The highway conjoins the coastal villages of South Walton holding its own unique characteristics that depict a dream like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses. All you have to choose is how you want to get there! Guests can use the complementary Prominence Neighborhood Tram (seasonal), our 3 bikes or our 6-seat golf cart! Below are 3 of the most popular and closest accesses:

By Bike: Gulf Lakes Beach Access, take a left out of Prominence, and the public access sign is just 1 mile away. Entrance steps are nestled on your right hand side between beachfront houses and can be easily missed. Golf cart parking on the grassy areas on this strip of 30A is no longer allowed. Bike racks are available for securing/locking (we provide bike locks). Gulf Lakes Beach Access is a Walton County public beach.

By Golf Cart: Deer Lake State Park, take a right out of our neighborhood, and Deer Lake is located just 0.5 miles away. This location was newly renovated in September 2022. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking fee approx $3. Bathrooms are available. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. Use our included beach wagon to help with the walk down the wooden bridge over the beautiful dunes! Don’t forget to take pictures along the way! The view is breathtaking!! IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

By Golf Cart or Seasonal Prominence Tram: Santa Clara Access, take a right out of Prominence, and Santa Clara is about 3.5 miles down County Highway 30A. This access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m and runs from Memorial Day thru Labor Day each year.
Community Pool: The Town of Prominence offers 2 large resort style community pools! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft, is a short walking distance (just 4 units away) from our townhouse and offers cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and a fitness center! The New Prominence South Pool is just across 30A nestled within the single family homes and features a stunning fire pit!
The Prominence North Pool is also Seasonally Heated for the following months every year:

Good afternoon we stayed at this property on April 19-27 2022. It was a wonderful stay. Place is very very clean. You have all the amenities you would ever need. Close to shopping, restaurants, beach and pool. This is our third time staying there. Planning to go back in April of 2023. If you have children nice place to stay with a family. Thank you for sharing this home. It was great for our ladies weekend. Very clean and had everything we needed. So nice to have the golf cart, chairs, a cooler, bikes etc. Getting to the beach is somewhat of a hassle. If you aren’t at one of the public accesses first thing in the morning then you will never find parking. Unfortunately parking is a problem for all of 30A and not just this home. Loved the house but would stay somewhere that has beach access to avoid the driving and parking fiasco.

I loved that you had a pack n play available. Honestly the only thing we lacked was a high chair. That would be nice to have available but certainly not a must have. The rental was very clean and so well stocked. We would love to come back.

We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon!!! The townhouse is beautiful and well thought out. We had everything we needed and more. The accommodations were excellent and we enjoyed the all around beach vibe. It was a perfect location across from the Hub. The golf cart was so much fun and very useful for beach trips. The townhouse in Prominence was beautiful! Kitchen included all we needed to cook meals in, comfy beds, plenty of towels and a cozy deck with seating for six where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning in the quiet watching the squirrels & listening to the birds. So convenient to the pool and a short walk across the street to the hub for music and movies. We had a couple tiny things that came up and upon contacting Beach walk, they sent someone immediately to attend to it. I would definitely go back and stay here again booking thru Beach walk. Great house and loved all the amenities! Super clean and centrally located. The downside was the garage door broke and it was difficult to b utilize all the extras that came with the house. We had to manually lift the garage door (which is quite heavy and my husband was the only one tall enough to hold up to get the items out. We were told they would not be there to fix the door until 3 days after we left. This happened on our second day of a 6 day stay.

Great vacation starts with a fantastic place to stay. Condo was very clean and had plenty of nice touches along with great access to beach and pools. Golf cart was a huge plus for getting around the neighborhood and to the beach. Great deck for coffee in mornings. We will be back

This place was simply AMAZING! If I could give it more stars I would! Location is perfect, beach access across the road, golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, all included. First class amenities! The house was very clean, neighborhood was friendly, a perfect place to take your family on a vacation. It was also very close to local eateries and only 20-25 minutes away from Panama City beach however the beach across the road is far better in my opinion. We use VRBO, Marriott VC a bunch and I must say this is by far the best place we've stayed at. Will definitely Rebook!!

There was no blanket for the sleeper sofa (but they brought one per request). The bedroom with full size bed no bedside lamp and bed uncomfy. Master bed awesome and comfy. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and shampoo and conditioner. The paper products were well stocked, also having 3 dishwasher soaps worked well. The golfcart and bikes were great to have. One colorful beach umbrella needs replacing, was broken. Awesome stay tho !
