Parking:
Parking is always a concern for those coming in groups, and Sea-Renity does not disappoint! Two spots are available in the garage, and two spots are available in the driveway. 
 
The Town of Prominence is 30A's newest vacation destination boasting resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (With grills!), bathhouses and a fitness center. In just a short walk down the road, residents enjoy access to 'The Hub' which features restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! Along with shuttle service to the beautiful Deer Lake State Park and Gulf Lakes beach accesses, Prominence is sure to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
 
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
 
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
 
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
 
Community Pool: The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New South Pool is located just a short walk from the home and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!

This was a vacation of a lifetime! The home is absolutely gorgeous and just immaculate! You are so close to the Big Chill and a large pool. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to get around and do some exploring! The beach access is close and the sand is like no other!! The owner makes sure you have the best amenities available and the beds are SO comfy!! Cannot wait for our next vacation!!

The only thing I think of that could be improved upon is new pots and pans. The teflon ones at the unit are all scratched up and I don't know if it is safe to use them when the teflon is scratched.

The only thing I think would improve our stay is by providing beach towels, they’re too big to pack in luggage and take on an airplane. Other than that we loved everything!

The house was fabulous. My only issue was access to the beach. No place to park for beach access so someone had the drop off and pick up, it is also not in walking distance.

Our overall stay was excellent. Our group really enjoyed the house and the location. We are already planning our next trip and would prefer to stay at this home again. Here are a few suggestions to make the stay even more enjoyable (1) I wanted to book for two nights, and Airbnb allowed me to do that; after I booked and had a confirmation, I begin to receive calls and email from BeachWalk telling me I needed to book a third night. That requirement issue needs to be resolved within Airbnb. We ended up booking 3 nights and it was perfect! (2) There needs to be more washcloths available for a unit this size. (3) The golf card was great for our group but there is a hard pulling in the steering, this was fine for our group, and we were able to adjust and had no issues at all but just wanted to report it so that it is not a safety issues for others.

We can’t say enough good things about Sea-Renity, the neighborhood, and Beachwalk Management! If you are wanting a beautiful rental home in Prominence, look no further! To say this home is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, sleeps 14 is the least of what this home has going for it! The house is beautifully decorated and has a serene vibe with so much natural lighting. It’s located across The Hub (an outdoor gathering area w restaurants, shops and more) and it’s the first house off 30A but you don’t hear any noise from the road nor The Hub when you’re inside. The kitchen must be a chef’s kitchen because it has everything you could possibly need. Downstairs has an open floor plan and is perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are perfect for a great night’s sleep. Having the golf cart to haul items (and family) around is really nice added bonus. Communication with Beachwalk Mgmt is easy and their response times are quick. Give this place a try-you’ll be thanking yourself later!!
