Parking is always a concern for those coming in groups, and Sea-Renity does not disappoint! Two spots are available in the garage, and two spots are available in the driveway. 
The Town of Prominence is 30A's newest vacation destination boasting resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (With grills!), bathhouses and a fitness center. In just a short walk down the road, residents enjoy access to 'The Hub' which features restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! Along with shuttle service to the beautiful Deer Lake State Park and Gulf Lakes beach accesses, Prominence is sure to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Community Pool: The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New South Pool is located just a short walk from the home and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!

We can’t say enough good things about Sea-Renity, the neighborhood, and Beachwalk Management! If you are wanting a beautiful rental home in Prominence, look no further! To say this home is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, sleeps 14 is the least of what this home has going for it! The house is beautifully decorated and has a serene vibe with so much natural lighting. It’s located across The Hub (an outdoor gathering area w restaurants, shops and more) and it’s the first house off 30A but you don’t hear any noise from the road nor The Hub when you’re inside. The kitchen must be a chef’s kitchen because it has everything you could possibly need. Downstairs has an open floor plan and is perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are perfect for a great night’s sleep. Having the golf cart to haul items (and family) around is really nice added bonus. Communication with Beachwalk Mgmt is easy and their response times are quick. Give this place a try-you’ll be thanking yourself later!!

House was great. Golf cart nice perk. A little far to get to beach, but cart really helped there. The management system is pretty rough though. Lots of extra emails and calls to pay for it. The system also sent texts and emails often when there was no new action/information.

This house was AMAZING! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The property management was extremely responsive for simple questions. The only complaint is the upstairs bunk bed does not have a side near the head of the bed. My toddler ended up sliding off the top! We used the beach location of the first street past Deer Lake Park.

This is the second time we’ve come to Prominence! Sea-Renity is a beautiful home and has everything a person could possibly need! Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The house is gorgeous and perfect entertaining a larger group of 12-14 people. We do a lot of cooking on vacation and this kitchen is the best well-stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental! On-line pics are accurate except for it doesn’t show you all of the outdoor seating. In addition to the four-top table, the owner also has a long table on their back patio. Before booking, we were a bit concerned about the location and the noise from 30-A but we didn’t find that to be a problem! You will not be disappointed if you stay at Sea-Renity! Outside of the home, we enjoy going to The Hub, taking the Deer Lake access to the beach, dinner at Old Florida FishHouse and Breakfast at DonutHole (on 98).

It would have been nice to have a later checkout-even just an hour. Also-there were no trash bags in the house to take trash out with. House was very nice though.

The house was beautiful, though the golf cart was a necessity to get to the beach, the steering on it is bad and we opted for the car. Maybe just not used to it, but it was a bit scary to drive at 30 mph on the road with the loose steering wheel! Also, the front double doors kept coming open, even when locked. With respect to the communications with the management company, they were not compatible for whatever reason with my phone. Every time I clicked on the link, the page was blank, so I had to copy and paste each message and text it to my friend. If there is a browser or something with which it is not compatible, you may want to include that in your original emails, as if it had just been me there, I would not have been able to get any of the messages. Despite being far from the beach access, loved being right at the Hub!
