No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Drift Away.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Drift Away.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Fabulous place for me and my 2 sisters to celebrate our birthdays. Only 1 thing, not a big thing but the beach path looks like it’s on the same side as the place we were staying not across the street. I’m sure it’s written somewhere. All in all it exceeded our expectation. Thank-you.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and responsiveness of the Beachwalk team. We wrote a glowing review on VRBO and will look to return in the future! 2 opportunities to make the stay more enjoyable: For the bedroom that’s window faces the front door- the safety light at night in the hallway is extremely bright and even with the blinds down, still lights up the bedroom making it hard to sleep. Second- the trash area, while a safety light comes on, there were lots of cockroaches covering the trash cans. Maybe is something you can share with the property management team or HOA?

We had a great vacation. The weather wouldn’t cooperate but we can’t control the rain. Maybe post no kids screaming in the pool after 8. Mattress and TV in large bedroom need upgrade . TV buzzes like it’s about to go out . Mattress in front bedroom needs replaced . Need at least 2 key fobs per Unit . Interior was fine, furnished well. Maybe a few more towels Per guest . Request recycling bin for plastic water bottles and aluminum cans . TV had no signal in any type rain . Dish might be old or needs adjusted . All in all a great week . Thanks

Absolutely perfect rental, location. Private, yet in the middle of everything. Unit is super clean, spacious, doorstep access to the pool was great, walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops. Beds are a little too firm for me but otherwise a perfect stay

Place was super clean and decorated nice. There were some ants in the master bathroom. I think someone had previously mentioned. I do realize how hard it is to get rid of ants though, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. It was not a far walk to the beach either. We have never stayed in this area before, and I have to say, it was very cute. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time! We loved the porch and pool access, the quick walk to the beach and biking! The kitchen was well-stocked. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. I did think there were going to be beach accessories available based on a review I had read on VRBO, but maybe that was for another unit. I also didn't realize there were no streaming services on the TV until we got there. The channels were pretty limited. We watched a lot of Marlins baseball in the evening. 😄. Those were little issues, though, and we made the best of it. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Our stay was great ! Very comfortable & great location . A few things for next guest you might look at are .. ants on counter in master shower bath . Tv in master is making buzzing noice , ( like it’s going out ) . & it would be nice to have more than 1 gate fob for beach as not everybody came & went to the beach at the same time .

We had a wonderful Stay at the Villas of Sea Grove! The property was immaculate and the description on the website was completely Accurate ! The Beachwalk Property managers kept in frequent communication with me and I felt comfortable if an issue had occurred I would able to contact them easily. The beach was in close proximity to the property and easy to access. I will definitely be back to this property my next stay!!!
