House was larger in person and location was great.

House was nice! The distance to the beach was good and the golf cart was very convenient to get us there and back. The community pool and hot tub was also very nice and in walking distance. The home is located in a very nice area. I loved that the beds were comfortable and they had plenty of bath towels a kruig. The kitchen table was nice and big enough for at least 12 people we were a group of 8. We liked sitting out in the screened patio. I gave 4 stars because there was some nats and bugs in the kitchen. One of the rooms was missing a tv remote and they offered to bring it, but we told them it was ok we would be fine without it. A few tips to make the house perfect Is the garage smells a bit like trash because the trash can is kept in there. It would be nice if it was kept outside to avoid the flies and smell of trash. I would update the pans and cooking utensils. The women wished there had been a full size mirror to every bedroom or one in the hall and at least 2 to 4 new beach chairs, the ones there were pretty worn out. Check in and out times could be better. I shouldn’t pay for a full day if they want us to Check in at 4 pm and leave at 10 am, but that seems to be an industry problem. Hotels do better in this area. Over all it was a nice home and would recommend it.

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our group! Almost everything we needed was within walking distance, the second fridge in the garage and the golf were a major bonus! Will definitely come back again!

Overall this house was great. We had most everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location could not have been better. However a few things did stick out to us…the ice maker did not work and we had to go out and get ice everyday. There was a mold on all the outside couch cushions so we did not spend any time on the porch. There was also mold on the air vents in the bedrooms. We also ran out of TP on day 2 of our stay. None of these things were deal breakers but definitely noticeable and slightly inconvenient.

House was great, had a problem getting the golf cart key but that was eventually resolved. Couple small things, the kitchen could use a few more dish rags and dish towels and some switches are kind of scary especially the one in the master bath the laundry room (I’m in construction and know when things aren’t right). All in all, we would stay here again. Customer service was really good.

Nice place for all of us and close to beach and pool. Nice an clean when we arrived. Would recommend place to others to use for there vacation. Shower heads may need looked at since they leak alot. Light switches could used up dating since several are close to coming apart and had to be pushed hard to get lights to come on. Enjoyed the stay

Great house! TV in living room didn’t work well and at the end didn’t work at all. The code for the pool didn’t work all week- we had to jump the fence or have others let us in.

Very nice, spacious home, aesthetically pleasing and very user friendly. Great location. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds.

Everything here was fantastic! Only issue was the master bedroom tv didn’t work and the floors and furniture could use a good deep clean. Other than that everything was as listed and the golf cart was a huge plus!! Love how easy it was to get to the beach and house amenities, we will definitely be back!

Great location to the pool and beach. The gulf cart was amazing especially with little kids. Only complaints are the pool codes were off and the living room furniture was dirty. Enjoyed our stay.

Paradise isles was the perfect home for our family getaway. I have three adult children with families plus my husband and I and we fit perfectly in the house. The weather was a little chilly and we did not get to fully enjoy the golf cart but the amenities were all very close by. There were a lot of things about this house that make us want to return such as the big cozy family room, the gigantic dining room table which we all fit perfectly around, the beautiful upgraded kitchen and bedrooms for everyone. It was fully stocked with soft clean towels and clean linens. Can’t wait to return!!!!!

Wonderful stay, great house and great location. Communication with host was quick. Only thing to improve is the community pool need cleaning but otherwise great stay.

This home was Amazing!! My family of seven celebrated my 59th birthday and my mother’s 85th. The home was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach items. The golf cart was greatly appreciated especially since my mother was on a walker. The refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and when reported the issue was resolved in a timely manner. We loved this home, it’s location and gated community!!! We will be back👍🏾😊👌🏾💚

We had a fantastic time. Very beautiful well built home. The bed was quite comfortable in the MBR and the kids loved the queen bunk. Only issues were the freezer did freeze well and the MBR TV comes on by itself randomly and only 1 channel is able to be viewed. I did notice that the freezer problem was previously mentioned in the September reviews of this rental. All in all I would recommend this fantastic rental community for any family.

We loved this house for our party of 12. Just a few tips for smoother renting. Be sure to update the wifi password and network information on check in info. Also the pool doesn’t require a key to get in just a passcode. We searched for the pool key and contacted customer service upon arrival because we thought we would need it. Maybe mention that their is an additional fridge in the garage. That was definitely a nice surprise!
