Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. A beautiful oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that feature two sets of twin bunk beds and a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature granite counter-tops, Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities. All bedrooms hold personal televisions, no fighting over T.V. time on this vacation!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
 
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
 
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
 
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
 
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offer a large resort style community pool over 5,000 sq ft! The pool is just a short walk east on York Lane with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

We enjoyed staying at this rental. It was very clean and an ample amount of towels were provided. It is in a great location to shopping, eating, and the beach. The golf cart and bikes being included was a plus. The WI-FI signal could have been stronger. Overall a great stay and would recommend it to others.

It would be nice to have more than one dish towel and dish cloth. So can have a towel/dishcloth when washing. Everything was good, we got responses right away to questions or problems. Lots of clean bath towels. Would be nice to have beach towels, especially if flying.

The overall stay was great!! I just had an issue with the living room. The sectional is no longer there so it’s very hard to get everyone sit comfortable in the living room! Besides that.. GREAT STAY! Will book again! 💜

The location was wonderful. It is within walking distance to the Hub, which offers an array of food options and entertainment for all age groups. The home was nice and clean. The only unforeseen issue that we encountered was the lack of cell service. Wifi is provided not only at the home and the Hub, but in order to get calls your phone has to be set to Wifi calling; this could be an issue for some people.

Great house and location. Very clean, comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t know the beach chairs would be in the garage and brought our own, but that’s a nice feature for families short on space in the car. Only problem at the house was we couldn’t use 2 of the 3 bikes due to seat adjustment being broken or sand/rust shut.The booking process was simple, but the automated paperwork system is not good. The description in about 1/2 the emails didn’t match the results when I clicked the link-seemed to be pulling the wrong content. For example- multiple emails (maybe 8 or 10?) asking me to sign contract even after it had been signed and I received an email saying it had been received. Checkout email saying ‘pick a time’ just went to the same reservation details. Sending entry codes 15 min before we can get in the house is a problem. Fine to turn on the access to the property at 4, but send the codes in advance so it can be shared with others in the party. I was in a dead spot for WiFi when codes were provided- can’t provide to others in the party who are already at the beach and waiting to check in if don’t have those codes. Plus, if system goes down or no WiFi, big problem if Benchmark were not able to push out entry codes. Other management companies I have rented from send the codes the day before or morning of the 4 pm checkin. Perhaps there is a way to have multiple email addresses be able to log into the app, but I didn’t see that in the registration process. 2 of the 3 bikes had seats that couldn’t be raised(rusted or adjustment lever broken) and we couldn’t use them.

Everything was awesome! The address is 37 York Lane, and not the other one sent out in welcome email, as it leads across the street to the Hub. Also, leaving a few extra dishwasher soap tablets won’t hurt, as well as hand soap. Thanks for being wonderful hosts and keeping the place sparkling clean!

Great place, very nice, clean, modern, and has everything needed for a great time at the beach. Location of this house and it’s proximity to the pool and HUB are outstanding. Public beach parking fills up quick. Use the shuttle or go early!

The house was beautiful! Bright, open and nicely decorated! We really loved our stay! For future guests, here are a few items that need attention: 1) Floors (especially upstairs) were really dirty - we had to keep washing our bare feet b/c there was a lot of loose dust/dirt (not sand) turning our feet black; 2) Master bedroom: Bottom right dresser drawer is broken (so we did not use it); 3) Kitchen: One plate and one bowl had chips on the edges (not safe); 4) Bicycles - loved these; just note that one's chain kept falling off (on me and my daughter; I discovered this while going fast down a hill! - could be dangerous); 5) Middle bedroom with queen bed: there was no way to adjust the fan speed (no string on the light/fan fixture, as in the master bedroom). Thank you for making our stay so fun and relaxing!
