Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Very clean and comfortable home for a family vacation. Kitchen knives and blender could be sharpened or replaced. Beach is not really walkable -- but it is an easy drive.

The porch furniture is very dirty and stained. Everything on the front porch, including the decking, needs to be pressure washed. The windows are filthy and need to be cleaned. The floors were a bit sticky in places and could use a deep steam cleaning. The rugs on the floor all need to be removed and cleaned. Every rug made our socks brown. Leave a few extra large trash bags for the kitchen, there were only two. The pool code didn’t work but found out you just have to scan the wristband, please add that in the welcome notes. The neighbor came over Friday afternoon and took our beach chairs and umbrella we had sitting against the front porch to dry. He came over this morning when we were packing asking if we wanted them because he was going to give them to the church. He said people leave items, but I don’t think anyone should take anything from someone else’s property regardless if they are left. Even with the list of items that need addressing we enjoyed the home and would definitely rent it again. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

The cottage was beautiful. The service from BeachWalk Vacations was very prompt, helpful and informative. We would definitely stay with BW vacations, especially at the Cypress Dunes Cottage location.

It was a beautiful house and very comfortable. The only problem we had was when the hot water heater went out. Took about 6 hours but I decided to look at the water heater myself and hit the reset button and it worked. It did smell like gas was leaking and told the gentleman that came out to look at it. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back ❤️

Loved this house. Clean and well furnished. Great location. Tennis courts, Pools, club house and gym were all exceptional. Rental company was super responsive to questions and checkin/check out was easy. Can’t wait to stay here again

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the large double shower. The home was very cozy but spacious and was close to everything we needed. The front porch was a nice plus! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to stay again. Hello - we always enjoy our summer week in Florida and we had another wonderful vacation this past week. We usually try to rent the same property once you find a great one. We've always enjoyed staying at Cypress Dunes. One thing my kids and I always notice and what tends to be an inconvenience is the inconsistency with the welcome ammenities from year to year. Some things are annoying - such as the dishsoap that is an off brand and essentially watered down soap. If a name brand such as Dawn or something similar was used, it would last the week and avoid us having to purchase this item. We left a new bottle of dish soap under the sink for the next renter and hope it stays. Also, please include 2 rolls of paper towels - again to avoid having to purchase these items. The bathrooms were not all stocked with soap (again another purchase) and 2 of the bathrooms had shampoo but no conditioner. In years past, both were included as well as a Cypress Dunes tote along and a few other items. This property had a bbq last year, but this year it was in the back screened porch with a sign not to use. We always enjoy doing one meal on the bbq, but could not this year. Also, there are bikes at this property that are locked up in the back screened area, but no combination to use them. All in all, these are minor items, but by spending a few more dollars on the welcome ammenities, it sure would make things a little easier on the renter to avoid going to the store for such items. It was absolutely fabulous!! Enjoyed all the amenities of the community. The house was clean, decorated very nicely with an open floor plan. Large family room into an amazing kitchen area. Kitchen stocked very well - only recommendation would be knives for prepping food. Nice laundry room area with area to hang & dry clothes. Had ironing board but was missing an iron. Master suite & shower Amazing - double shower & lots sink area space. All bedrooms & bathrooms very nice. Upstairs TV area for kids nice. We hand a wonderful stay & would highly recommend!!

The place was wonderful! The only concern we had was the stovetop. It was very difficult to light.

We had a wonderful first visit to Santa Rosa Beach and Cypress Dunes. The house was beautifully furnished and within close distance to everything. The infinity pool was definitely a big wow factor for our kids! They wanted to spend more time there than at the beach! One thing we neglected to do was to bring beach chairs (if you don't want to rent them every day) and also beach towels. This may have been included in our welcome instructions but I neglected to read it unfortunately and just assumed those things would be available. We will be back and hope to stay in this house again as everything was perfect!

What can I say? Everything came exactly as advertised, if not better. The house is gorgeous and very clean. It is in a very nice and quiet gated community. We were only a mile or so from the beach and within walking distance of the pool. The pool is gorgeous and the cypress swamp is incredible. Thank you very much for a very relaxing stay, our family really enjoyed it!
